Backyard renewal
Ryan transformed my backyard grass from lumpy and bare to a lush and green space. It looks so much bigger now that this is done. He did the work efficiently and well and was easy to work with . He had good suggestions about my usage of the yard and how that would influence the work that was done. I am very satisfied with the job that was done and intend to have Ryan come back this Spring to do some finishing touches on my flower beds and make them easier for me to handle as I get older.

Retaining Wall and Fence
Our retaining wall was collapsing on us! A few companies came and walked away, they didn't want to do it. New Look came, gave a proposal, gave us the addresses of a few places where they had put up walls. We decided to go with New Look and are extremely pleased with the results, as you can see from the pictures! I will use them again on any future project and have already recommended them to a friend. Ryan always kept the work site as clean and neat as possible. Cost was shared 50/50 with the neighbour.

Small deck project
We wanted to extend the landing at the backdoor of our bi-level into a deck. A small project that Ryan tucked into his busy schedule. He was affable, accommodating and very professional. Ryan made excellent suggestions to improve our concept. He was flexible in the constructing of the deck and had no problem with my husband digging the 4 holes for the support posts or adding the railings. I would recommend him to anyone.

Hey Frankie. It was not a problem at all helping you guys with your deck. I absolutely had no problem with Allen digging the holes for the post holes. That's the hardest part. If he ever needs a job I have one for him it was a great help.

Backyard landscaping
My yard was non-functional with lots of stairs. Ryan gave me suggestions on improving access to my garage and backyard by installing a retaining wall and grading the back. The finished yard looks amazing and more importantly safe and efficient. Highly recommend and will use Newlook on my next project

Fully landscape front and back yard for a newly constructed home
We were impressed with Ryan at our first meeting,,, his energy, ambition and design expertise were clearly apparent,, and he continued to wow us throughout the entire project. They started with a mud hole and turned it into a beautiful oasis that we will be able to enjoy for years to come,,, everything from fence, gate, deck, trees, shrubs, flowers, lawn, automatic sprinklers, curbing, paving stones and tons of rundle rock,,, they totally delivered! They never stopped until the job was fully completed. We couldn’t be happier with the final product, and would recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks guys for a job well done!!

Landscaping and Deck Construction
Ryan and team did an exceptional job with our landscaping and deck. Not only was their craftsmanship top notch, but their attention to detail took the whole project from great to excellent. Would highly recommend Ryan and New Look.

New Fence, Patio, and Stairs
We had a backyard fence, paver stone patio, and a set of stairs from our deck down to the new patio installed by Ryan and his team, and we could not be happier with the results. While we had a few adds (shrubs, trees, grading and few other items) through the project, they completed everything in just a few days, with exceptional results. We would highly recommend New Look Landscapes to anyone looking to have very high quality work done at a reasonable price. On top of everything, Ryan was able to squeeze us in, allowing us to have the new patio ready for our daughter's wedding after-party.

Front and side walk way, flower beds, fence repair, mulch top-up
Ryan does spectacular work. This walkway was only the finishing piece to a much larger landscape adventure over the past 3-years - we've used Ryan all along. Per usual Ryan was professional, option oriented, beyond competitively priced and a ton of fun to work with. Hire him.... you will love him and have a stunning end result.

Landscaping
Ryan and his crew arrived bright and early on the day they said the work would start. We had some excavation work done with new sod and rock put down. The cost of the job was much less than other quotes we had received but the quality of the work is excellent so far and we are very happy that we chose New Look Landscapes. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

Back yard landacaping
After looking at reviews on HomeStars and elsewhere we decided to call New Look Landscapes for a quote for re-doing our back yard, pulling up existing pavers, creating a patio area, adding in sod, retaining wall around a flower bed and installing a gate in existing fence. When Ryan came over he listened to what we wanted and suggested a few options that he thought would work, reusing existing stones where possible to save us money. Unlike some others out there he was focussed on giving us what we wanted rather than trying to upsell or increasing the scope. During the work Ryan and his team were very friendly, kept us up to date on what was happening and left the space clean every night. The finished yard looks better than we had imagined at the beginning, we are really looking forward to using the space over summer. Some of our nosier neighbours have even commented on how good a job they have done! I would definetly recommend New Look Landscapes to anyone.
