My wife and I were sick to death of our gross, rotten backyard deck, so we needed a contractor to lay a patio for us. We scoured HomeStars and other sites for the best landscapers and came out with Ryan and his team. I can honestly say I cannot imagine a better job being done. They were able to complete the work on time and with such amazing attention to detail. I was always kept up-to-date with what was occurring, and was recommended features/pricing that made sense and helped us create the perfect outdoor space. If you go with New Look Landscapes, you can expect masterful craftsmanship.

After seeing his work on a neighbouring lawn and reading the stellar reviews about Ryan and his team at New Look Landscapes we decided to work with them on installing new sod and an irrigation system in our front yard. From the first visit when Ryan met us and measured our yard for a quote until completion of the job, our experience with Ryan was professional, consistent and timely. His work is excellent quality, and Ryan is easy to work with and dependable. It's clear from the outset that he wants you to be happy with the job. We would highly recommend New Look Landscapes and would work with Ryan and his crew in the future in a heartbeat!

New Look Landscapes installed 500 sq ft of pavers on our patio and walkway. We are very satisfied with their work. They Finished on time and on budget. We would recommend them for similar projects.

My backyard (an embarrassing mess of weeds, ant hills, overgrown shrubs, half-dead bushes, and a playhouse and back step stuck in the middle of the side yard) was in desperate need of landscaping, but after a couple of absolutely horrible experiences with other contractors (painters, fencers) I was very, very apprehensive about hiring someone to fix it. However, after reading a review that described Ryan at New Look Landscapes as a ‘perfectionist’ I gave them a call. I am so glad I did – they absolutely transformed my yard! Ryan sent me a quote the first day, communicated regularly throughout the process, and even checked in a couple of weeks after the job was completed to make sure I was still happy with the work they’d done. Ryan and his crew are exceptionally hard workers, made an amazing amount of progress each day, and actually completed the job ahead of schedule. The job site was cleaned up at the end of every day, and they were meticulous about every detail – no matter how small. Ryan treats his clients and his crew with respect, and they treat your yard as if it were their own. I am extremely pleased with the job they did and recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to hire a skilled landscaper who has integrity, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in a job well done.

Very happy I went with New Look Landscapes as Ryan made me comfortable from start to finish. At the estimate phase he really listened to what I wanted provided good suggestions that fit with my ideas. Ryan & crew always showed up when they said they would, and completed the job from start to finish without breaking away for other jobs. They were friendly and courteous and even the neighbors commented on how clean they left the job site at the end of each day. Very happy with the end result.

He gave me a very competitive quote, to bid for this job.I was very pleased with his work, he had the job done exactly when he said he would.Also, he was always available to answer, any questions that came up.I will certainly recommend him to my friends.

From the detailed planning, to the tremendous work effort of Ryan and his crew to complete our project, New Look Landscapes did it all. Ryan impressed with his "I love to work" approach (as he told me!) and was excellent in his attention to detail as the crew finished as promised and on time.
