KAY2 did a amazing job on our extension they where very fairly priced and did a wonderful job it was like they where never there. i highly recommend kay2 for any renovation job that any will be working on.

Moe was great to work with and answered all our questions and concerns. From design to finished product, the backyard turned out great. The project was started on time and the work was done well and efficiently.

The new kitchen is marvellous. A few COVID delays had the project drag on longer than anticipated but the end result was worth it. Trever handled my concerns with grace and dignity.

We removed a very large spruce tree from our front yard and realized very quickly that the front yard needed an overhaul. Colin came to see the yard, provided us with some great information on things to consider and then followed up with a quote. After some back and forth on different options, we settled on a plan. Moe helped us navigate through the planning stage and selection of shrubs and a tree. The app Kay2 used was very helpful in keeping us on track with next steps. Fateh and team arrived earlier than we expected and we were amazed to see the project get completed quickly, efficiently and very professionally. They really knew what they were doing. Already, we have received numerous positive comments from neighbours on the great job! I would highly recommend Kay2. They stayed within budget, did a great job and completed the project ahead of schedule.

We desperately needed a new kitchen, waited so many years to reno that when it finally came time we were ok with splurging a little. Our budget was 30K, but we also wanted double-stack cabinets for our 10 foot ceilings so we went a little over budget. However, Kay2 was very transparent with the cost and there were no surprise extra charges. It cost exactly what they quoted. Not cheap for a condo kitchen, but it's an open-concept unit and the kitchen is the focal point of the main room so definitely worth the investment. We appreciated that Moe took the time to see our unit and was always available if necessary, not that we needed to reach out once the project was going as Trever, the project manager, was always on top of things. There may have been a few delays, but the project was finished on time despite COVID challenges. In fact Trever rolled-up his sleeves more than once to ensure the kitchen was done by the weekend. We're so happy we had a designer, Michelle, to help navigate through all the design choices. She listened to what we wanted and made great recommendations. My only regret is the tile we chose (husband likes it, wife doesn't) but other than that it's perfect... and WE chose the tile, not the Michelle. The project took longer than expected, about four weeks, but now that it's done we're so happy. Payment was easy. Would definitely recommend Kay2 and if/when we reno our bathrooms, we'll certainly consider using them again.

We hired the Kay2 team to add a large home addition onto our home in NW Calgary, they did an amazing job from start to finish, design phase was smooth and construction was top notch and ahead of schedule. We really liked the scheduling software they use with all the notifications. A well organized firm, we recommend Kay2 if you are looking for a renovation.

We had a great experience with Kay2. Moe was easy to work with provided all the details and plans needed to successfully complete the workshop on time and on budget.

Kay2 helped me with a couple of renovations over the last few year. Great team to deal with and very knowledgeable when it comes to questions being asked. would recommend them in the future for any future repairs and renovations.

Kay2 was very well organized and responsive. They use a great app that lets you monitor the progress of the projects, access all the permits, and keep track of invoices and payments. The initial schedule was met even though there were some project changes. We selected upgraded finishes for many things and that was accommodated by all the suppliers without any issues. After project completion, warranty items came up and the Mazin, the Project Manager, responded immediately to all requests and sent out the contractors right away, this gave us a lot of comfort that the will help us out in the future quickly if something else comes up. Overall we are extremely happy with our basement renovation, looks great and our new tenants love it!
