We met Moe from kay2 at the home show and set up am appointment along with another contractor. Moe was very professional during the first meeting and explained all the things we needed to know and asked us about everything we needed done. The next meeting he did his presentation along with detailed list and plan with everything we asked for. Job was completed before deadline and the outcome was amazing. We were so pleased dealing with moe and his team in transforming our main floor to a more accommodating layout. Their attention to detail was spot on and we couldn’t be happier. A big thank you to Moe and his team on the amazing work they have done. We will be recommending you to all of our family and friends.

We fully renovated our bungalow with Kay2. Moe, Trever and Michelle were all great. We had our garage built by Kay2 a few years ago and already knew how professional and responsive Moe is. we are so happy with the quality of the craftsmanship. Communication was very strong, even resolving any issues were handled so fairly and professionally. Our home was finished early, due to our need to move back in to isolate during the pandemic. Trever worked very hard to make this happen for us.We have given out Kay2s name to many people and highly recommend them.

Moe and his project manager Trever were great. Specifically: 1. The project started and finished on time and on budget 2. Any confusion, which there was very little, was handled appropriately, quickly and to my complete satisfaction. 3. Their sub contractors for plumbing and gas fitting was excellent and even came out on a Sunday to correct a minor issue. Brian the siding and finishing person did a great job. Very neat and careful. I would highly recommend Kay2.

Process from start to finish was smooth. Moe, Trever and Michelle were very understanding of concerns and easy to work with. The entire crew were professional, easy to work with and had good communication through our renovation project. Responses to questions and concerns were immediate. Job was completed on-time. Workmanship was beautiful. I recommend them to anyone looking to do develop/construct without any hesitation. My family and I are enjoying our newly developed house. Will work with Kay2 again.

We read about Kay2 and liked the fact they won awards. We decided to give them a try after meeting with the owner Moe, right from the beginning we were impressed with the professionalism, work breakdown, and organizational skills. Trevor (Project Manager) was always available to meet and discuss any comments or revisions and additions we wanted. Long story short, please give Kay2 a try, you will be impressed with the quality of work and how efficient they are. We met Moe from Kay2 Contracting at the fall home show in Calgary, he came in for a consult a week after the show and he was on the ball right from the get go, the price came in very competitive and we liked his approach. We ended up hiring Kay2 to renovate our whole main floor and we have nothing to say but go things about all of the staff and trades involved. We were really happy with the whole process from the first meeting, design to project management. We recommend kay2 to anyone looking to renovate.

We hired Kay2 Contracting to design and renovate our main floor back in November 2019, we are very happy with the whole process from the initial meeting with Moe to the design then construction was all a great experience, we are now living in our newly renovated space and were able to get back in before the proposed schedule, We will be using this firm again in the future.

The kitchen was completely redone from floor to ceiling, on time and within budget. Moe and his team are great people to work with. They took pride in their work and paid attention to details as were the equipment suppliers and installers. They took time to explain the work, responded to numerous questions, and did extras without asking for more money. The kitchen looks great. Big thank you to Moe, Deneen, Trevor, Anthony and Chris.

We had a dishwasher malfunction that ruined our kitchen floors and part of our basement drywall, roofing etc. After we received our insurance claim, we decided we would not only fix the damage but also add to the project budget and do a major main floor renovation. The project ended up including the damage form the dishwasher, our kitchen including cabinets and counters and a living room floor. We took the time to interview 3 contractors for the project and Kay 2 was by far the best interview. Moe was professional, listened to our requirements, provided valuable feedback and made us feel very comfortable with the services we would receive if we choose Kay 2. Of the three contractors, from a cost perspective Kay 2 was the middle cost of the three proposals. That was not as important as the fact that their proposal was detailed and clear, something I would not say about the competitor quotes. The project was completed in a timely manner, Kay 2 was very responsive to our in project changes/requests and not once did we feel uncomfortable with how the project was progressing. Trever was our site supervisor and he would constantly be updating us on the status of the next trade. They also use an online application called Buildertrend which was great for keeping up to date with the schedule/project. Quite frankly it was as easy on us as can be expected out of a renovation. Our house now feels like brand new and we constantly come up with a different aspect of the renovation that we enjoy the most. They took our house that was very firmly designed in the early 90's and brought it to 2019 with our own personal design. I would recommend Kay 2 to my friends and family.
