    Backwater Valve and Sump Pump Installation

    When my sewer backed up we called Drain 1 because they had a sign on our neighbours lawn. This team was professional and gave recommendations that would solve our issues for now and the future. The team was fast, efficient and took care of all the inspector visits and rebates after they were done. Would definitely recommend them to anybody!

    New plumbing, drain stack, and backwater valve

    Pavlo and his team did an amazing job of helping us through a challenging time with our reno. From the outset, he established himself as man of his word and followed through on everything that we agreed upon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends. Thank you again!

    Drain Repair & Sump Pit Installation

    Prompt, professional and great workmanship. Highly recommended. Our basement no longer smells like a latrine and for that I am eternally grateful.

    Installation of a new toilet

    I was extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism of the plumber that was sent to my home. He was curtious and extremely knowledgable. Would definitely recommend Drain 1 Plumber to all my friends. Thank you all for a fantastic job. Hurray, I have a new toilet

    Toilet(s)

    I had problems with two toilets and didnt have time to fix them so I googled plumbers in my area. I decided to go with Drain 1 Plumbers and Im glad I did! I talked to Natalie who was very pleasant! She had Paul come over to assess the problem and give me and my mother a quote. He was friendly and polite and assessed the problem. He then sent one of his workers to my moms house to work on the toilets. He was a very nice pleasant young man who efficiently fixed both toilets which are running perfectly! Thanks so much Drain 1 Team!

    New Stack + emergency leak + back water valve install + drippy faucet fixes

    Paul/Pavlo and his team responded quickly when I had a leak in summer 2021. They fixed the problem quickly and kept my house as clean as possible in the process. Later in Jan 2022, they came back to do extensive work to remove an old stack and install a back water valve. This was a huge and messy job, but the team did their best to keep the house clean and sane - all during a covid lockdown and frigid Canada winter conditions. I recommend Drain 1 for emergencies and larger planned jobs and will use these guys again for sure. THank you!

    Sump Pump Repair

    Paul was excellent to deal with. He worked with me to try to trouble-shoot the problem with my sump pump over the phone, but ultimately he had to come over to inspect it himself. He showed me the problem, explained everything along the way, and was able to repair the pump, avoiding the costs of a replacement. Very thorough and professional.
