Wow! Broken garage door cables and new whisper quiet door opener all installed within 24 hrs. after contacting Brandon. It would have been even sooner, but we decided on the door opener after the cables had been repaired. Jarod was great and very knowledgeable. Even I understood his explanation of all the technology features!

Very happy with the service from start to finish! Brandon was friendly, helpful, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and also provided us with a sample of the door so we could take care of painting the garage trim prior to the install. Didn't feel sales pressure at all. Price was very competitive. Installer (sorry, can't remember his name) was also friendly and professional. The new door looks fantastic! Very, very happy with their service. Brandon was patient and took the time to explain all options. The quote he provided included all necessary information including references to the brochures so even a few weeks after receiving the quote, I knew which price matched up with which product (not all companies do this and it can be hard remembering what the salesperson said). The doors look amazing. A great company to deal with, very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted several garage door places before finding Whitby garage doors. All the other companies I contacted just threw out a price over the phone without even coming to our house. I contacted Whitby Garage Doors and spoke Brandon. Brandon said he would come by and take a look at the door in about an hour. he was there in 1/2 an hour with plenty of samples and options to choose from. after explaining the quality differences between all the available doors and making a few recommendations Brandon left me with a quote to review. I chose a door and emailed him that night and the door was on order the next day. after just 1 one week (a lot earlier than expected) the door had arrived and Brandon had an opening to install the next day. the Installer Jared came out to replace the door and once complete he took the time to show me every thing he had and replaced and gave a few tips on regular maintenance. OVERALL - customer service, professionalism, knowledge, quality of product, and installation was excellent!!! would definitely recommend to others and use again in the future. I needed a replacement back-up battery for one of my two garage door units. I called WGD and talked to Brandon who said he could come by within 45 minutes. It was actually about half an hour and within the next 15 he had found the correct battery in his truck and done the replacement for me ... all with a smile and a cheery, helpful attitude! I will certainly be recommending him, and calling him the next time I need any service on my garage doors. Thank you, Brandon!!

We needed to replace our rotted wood garage doors and Whitby Garage Doors came to the rescue. We looked at several alternatives, and settled on Brandon and team given his consultative approach. We settled on Haas doors since they had a recessed panel door. It was slightly more expensive, but with the upgraded hardware and springs, well worth it to us. Job was done well by Jared and he left a clean work space. He was friendly and very helpful explaining how to use our new mounted garage door opener and how to program it. We also met Brandon at the Whitby Home Show and had him come to the house to give us a written estimate. Jarod installed our beautiful new door about three weeks later; cleaned up and took away all evidence of our old ugly wooden door.
