    window replacement

    Legacy replaced 12 windows for us, and did a super job! I could not be happier with Jayden's coordination of the project and Alex and his team's installation. Their installation method with proper flashing, waterproofing and trim guarantees there will be no water leaks in the future. Legacy also modified some window openings, including putting in a new header.

    Thirteen windows

    May 18, 2018 We were so fortunate to meet Jayden from Legacy Windows and Doors at the Home Show this year. From our first meeting to the final walk through, we experienced an exemplary level of professionalism and workmanship. We love the quality our 13 new windows as they have added to the beauty and quiet of our 110 year old character home. The crew headed by Jordan, supported by Dylan and two other lovely young men, were wonderful to work with, meeting all of our needs to integrate the windows into our old house and adding character trim inside and out. They worked quickly, efficiently and kept our property so clean. It is so rare to work with a company that provides the level of customer relations and exceptional craftsmanship. Thank you Jayden, Jordan and the whole team at Legacy. We are thrilled with the project, your team and the windows exceeded our expectations!     Window Replacements

    Legacy recently replaced 5 windows ranging in size from a small bathroom slider to a large bedroom window. The original windows had double glazed aluminum frames and dated back to around 1980. Some were getting quite fogged. The new ones are white vinyl that appear to be of good quality, They certainly look great and the openers slide nicely. We will enjoy not having them 'sweat' from condensation in the cold weather next winter like the old ones did. All the staff at Legacy were pleasant and professional to deal with. We started discussions with them last summer but delayed having the installs done until this year to avoid cold weather. The three installers were all brothers and a fun bunch to have around. Generally I find it stressful when contractors are around; wondering if they will do what we want, do a good job, or even show up on time. Dealing with Legacy was a breeze by comparison. The original sales visit was encouraging (although the project was not inexpensive), but all our questions and requests were dealt with comfortably. And when the installation happened, they were careful (to my relief because I'm a bit of a micro manager), and they left everything in order and tidy when done. This was the second window replacement project for us and the former - done by another company - was not great. But we are very happy with the work done by Legacy and next time we have windows to replace, they will be our first consideration.

    Complete home window replacement.

    Work was done in a very timely fashion. They were very helpful in assisting us in deciding what we needed and required while advising us as to proper code requirements which in the long term saved us a great deal in our complete renovation.

    New windows

    Im very happy with my new windows from Legacy! Dylan and Luke did a great job with the installation and even fielded dozens of questions from my 3 year-old about being a "worker man" :)

    Window replacement

    Overall a great experience dealing with Legacy - from our initial contact through installation, the team was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The new windows look great and compared to our old heavy sliders, are so easy to open/close. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Legacy to those looking for quality products from a business with great integrity.

    Replacement windows

    Removed old windows and replaced them with new, including new exterior trim and flashing. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The customer service was second to none, and over all the whole process went very smoothly with no surprises.

    Windows Replacement

    Superlative work! I could not be happier. From the start, a well-organized project, efficiently carried out by an excellent team of carpenters, with minimal disruption to the household and our resident deity, the cat. It's been a pleasure to work with Jayden, who is both personable and incredibly helpful, and took all our requests in his stride. Our project was quite involved, requiring other trades, and Jayden organized it all smoothly and seamlessly - at all times, we felt we were in secure hands. Brad and Jeremy went on effortlessly to install a beautiful set of windows (full house replacement) in a record amount of time, taking meticulous care over every conceivable aspect of their work. The result is stunning, and for some time now, we've been puffed up with pride over the ownership of the most beautiful set of windows in the neighborhood. Finally, with respect to cost, Legacy Windows offered us the best (i.e most value for money) solution, heads above the competition. Definitely no regrets there either! To sum up, great work, competitive price, happy and grateful home owners (and a much improved house).

    Replaced old large sliding patio doors with new folding doors, also replaced 5 windows of various sizes.

    We replaced both our old large sliding patio doors in two separate rooms with new folding (accordion) doors. We also replaced 5 windows of various sizes. Peter, Alex and the rest of the crew were polite, professional and trustworthy. They answered all questions in a timely manner and were successful trouble shooters. We really like our new windows and screens. They seem to keep the rooms warmer and reduce outside noise (which was minimal already). We love our new folding doors as they too seem to keep the rooms warmer and reduce noise. Although we prefer a simpler door locking system the door locks are very secure and work well. Initially one door lock was not quite lining up and was a little tricky to use. Post project installation, Alex returned to do a quick adjustment on the tricky door lock and it is working smoothly now. The folding doors look amazing and we are really going to enjoy them in the warmer months!

    Window installation

    Our hòuse is facing the ocean and we had window leaking for over ten years, even eleven windows were installed by other company seven years ago, the Rain's still leaking in after installing. HomeStars was referred by my friend, Jayden came to take a look for my windows, and suggested to change only one of the window. The job was finished in this April, no rain's leaking in again when strong wind and heavy rain in the past month. They did a good job, they solved our ten years problem. Thankyou very much Jayden !
