    Window and Patio Door replacement

    23 October 2020 If you are thinking of replacing windows in your house, we recommend that you go with Legacy Windows. They are very experienced, honest, reliable, hardworking and efficient. We had three windows and a patio door replaced by them a week ago. Jordan and Luke worked non-stop from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and skillfully removed the old windows, the door and all the wooden trim around them, and then installed the new ones as well as the new trim. They didn’t even break for lunch! Once done, they carried out all the debris, including the old windows, from our backyard into their truck leaving no trace behind. We are very impressed with the end result, the high quality of the product, and full of admiration for how knowledgeable and adept the two young men were. We would also like to thank Kyle, Derek and Alex for their prompt responses to our countless questions, their professionalism, and very positive attitudes. Kasia and Zbig

    Full redo of all 15 windows in older house

    We researched several companies in the field and settled on Legacy for many reasons. 1) Kyle the sales rep was great, he was prepared, to the point, and invited us to their showroom which helped sell us even more. 2) Jason and his installers were top notch professional and just a lot of fun to have around also. 3) Top quality Canadian made windows that upgraded our home value for sure. 4) The trim we added around our windows was done expertly. 5) the not unexpected few glitches were delt with fully and relatively quickly by Legacy. NO REGRETS HERE AND THANKS TO HOMESTARS ALSO FOR GIVING US A HEADS UP ON WHERE TO LOOK FOR OUR PROJECT.

    Supply and install new front door with frame

    Great service from beginning to end. All the staff we dealt with were professional and courteous. The new front door is shorter than the old one, so the interior trim had to be removed and reinstalled. Installers took the time to remove and reinstall the trim without damaging it. We now have so much natural light coming in we love it! Thank you Legacy, we're very happy with your service and attention to detail.

    Window replacement

    Legacy was great from start to finish. The sales team and overall service was excellent. Installed quality windows. Would absolutely recommend them.

    Great Service From Start to Finish - Highly Recommended!

    Before coming across Legacy Windows and Doors, we had 9 other companies give us quotes. We certainly hadn't planned on that many, but we just found that other companies either had poor knowledge and experience, poor warranties, or were way too expensive. When we met the team at Legacy, it felt a bit too good. They use great products, have their own team of installers (no subcontracting), were very knowledgeable, have the warranty we were hoping for and the price was quite fair. It was such a relief to feel like we didn't have to compromise with one of the other companies who just didn't cut it. From start to finish we were very impressed. We had 7 windows replaced in total. The team was efficient, professional and very clean. Even though it rained on install day, there were no shoes in the house, drop sheets everywhere and any debris was all cleaned up thoroughly. We would highly recommend Legacy and will certainly be calling them for our next window project! I only wish we found them sooner.

    Excellent service, excellent products

    We had the upstairs windows done by Legacy Windows & Doors and the product was so exceptional and the service so good we hired them again to do some of the downstairs windows (Garage and Laundry Room) and a new patio door. The crew was on time, courteous, very clean and amazingly fast. We're beyond happy with this company and have just hired them to do the rest of the downstairs windows. They offer these amazing LoE366 Cardinal Glass window panes which reduced the amount of AC cooling in summer noticablly. Can only recommend!

    Windows and sliding doors

    Had an amazing experience with legacy there was a couple of young fellows doing the work very professional cleaned up very nicely after each day I couldn’t say enough nice things about this team from start to finish it was done with professionalism thank you very much

    Full window replacement

    Kyle at Legacy was very courteous and explained everything to us during the quotation process and during the installation. The crew was also friendly and considerate and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the install. The product itself is top notch and overall we are very happy with this project.     Look no further - these doors are not only gorgeous, they are built to last - all quality.

    These doors are not only gorgeous and functional - they opened up our space to the outside creating an indoor/outdoor feel. The doors themselves are sturdy, the hardware is heavy and sturdy. You can feel the quality as you open and close the doors. They were also able to give us wood on the inside (matching a colour I gave them with presision) and metal on the outside so it worked for our building exterior. The doors themselves are stunning and working with Peter and his team at Legacy was a breeze. Always reponsive and very tenicallly adept. Their installers were also total pro's.

    All windows, siding & extra items

    We looked at 3 different companies for this job and although Legacy was slightly more then some we were confident that we were making the right choice by choosing them. Jayden was very professional and provided excellent advice during the quote process. We started out wanting to do windows and siding but when we asked if he could do other things like replace the whole front porch and do other odds and ends the answer was always “No problem, we can do that”. Alex and his team were awesome! They were always on time, courteous and professional. They made sure to always leave the job site very clean at the end of each day which was great because we have two young and very curious kids who like getting into stuff. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right the first time are what stands them apart from so many. This project was a big one but they completed it within the time frame they originally stated which in itself is amazing. Speaking from experience in doing lots of renovations on the interior of our house things always take longer then originally planned. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about these guys and would not hesitate to recommend them for you big or small window/ siding projects!
