We discovered our fridge water line valve is leaking. I ended up texting Roy and he responded quickly within the hour. It wasn't an emergency because we had turned off the water line to the fridge so next day would have been great but he even managed to fit us in the same day. Roy is professional and kind, even though our kitchen dimensions means it is a pain to move the fridge. The part came in within a few days (not in his control but lucky for us) and he came the very next work day and installed the part. All in all, Roy diagnosed and then fixed our fridge within 5 days, including the time it takes to get the part! I recommend Roy for honest, fair, and professional service, and to help us keep our otherwise working appliances out of landfill.

great service from roy, our washer and dryer need repair, contact this company for a quote over the phone, but he honestly told us, without knowing the issue can't quote you on phone. i agree with the service charge and he came on same day, found washer has some electrical thing break down, and dryer had drum issue. fixed both on time. highly recommend him.

washing machine stopped draining on a Thursday night. Called Roy on Friday. He was able to fit me in between calls he had scheduled that afternoon. He was prompt and friendly. With many years of experience, he can handle all of your repairs. Highly recommend Roy.

We had a leaking double door Kenmore refrigerator from the ice maker / water dispenser. Roy serviced our refrigerator, was very professional, and service was up to my expectations without overcharging. I would recommend BGA.

Call Better General Appliance Service this AM and they responded by noon. Checked out the gas oven, determined it was the igniter, installed it and was gone in 40 minutes from arrival. Service peerson was a total professional. Kudos to Roy

Roy was absolutely amazing. I was devasted when I lost my rings in the wash. He was very personable and you could tell he was caring! He got to work and found my ring inside a hose. I can’t say enough good things about this guy! Highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs.
