Super happy with our new door! Sales representative understood exactly what I wanted, was very easy to communicate to. Installers did a really clean job, they took off our casings from the interior and placed it back after installing the new door, without any damage. Overall was a good experience- clean job and very good quality.

I chose direct windows and doors to replace two windows in my basement and convert an existing window to a egress window, based on the reviews on home stars and the price quote they gave me. I was hesitant to go with them since I did get a known referral. They were very professional from start to finish and the work was top notch. I was pleasantly surprised when Bill agreed to drop by look at the windows and get my feedback and suggestions for improvement. You rarely see it these days. I wish them all success in the future

We hired Direct Windows and Doors to enlarge windows in the basement and we couldnt be happier with the end result. During the planning process they took the time to explain the different options to us. The team showed up in time in the morning of the installation. They put the excavated dirt in the bin for us, cut out the window openings without making a mess and installed the windows. They cleaned up the worksite once they were finished and the bigger windows make the basement look so much brighter and bigger. I would use their services again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend their services.

Very friendly costumer service. Answered all our questions. On the day of the job the men were very polite and respectful. They laid down rags in the house to make sure our floors didn't get dirty and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the product received and the installation of the windows.

The initial order was placed in 2021, but they were honest enough to tell me that they could only do the work in March 2022 as they were backed up due to COVID; no follow up was required on my part, they did the work as promised in March 2022; the work was very good and they stuck to their estimate, no hidden charges. Will definitely go back to them for any window/door work.
