The intake/drain wasn't working. Koby came promptly to assess the situation and then returned a few days later to install the new part. I'm all dealings the company and Koby were polite, professional and helpful. I will use the service again and would recommend it.

Repair Care has come through and refunded me all of my money. They were going to send another technician over to repair my dishwasher, but the dishwasher is now repaired by another company. They even spoke to their repairman about all of his actions. My trust in Repair Care has been restored. Thank you Repair Care! I phoned Repair Care because I need to get my leaking dishwasher repaired. The scheduled time to have to repair completed was from noon to 4:00. The person came at 9:00 am. Then this man kept hitting on my 20 year old daughter which made my daughter very uncomfortable. My daughter had to get out of the house because she was not feeling safe with him. He had to order the part to make the repair. I called repair care after not hearing from the repair man for 3 days to find out what was going on with my repair. I made an appointment with repair care for buddy to come to my house Thursday pm now that there was a part in hand. This time my son was going to be home not my daughter! My son gets a message at 3:00 to say that he could not come! I was livid!! I called back Repair Care to find out what was going on and booked an appointment for the next day. Friday, I received a call from Mr. Repairman at 6:30 am to set up a time I told him I had ALREADY made an appointment for today after 4:00 and hung up! Today Friday at 1:45 Mr. phones me again to say he would be at my home in a hour!!! I reminded him that we had spoke at 6:30 in the morning today and agreed for 4:00! Well instead of this crap going on any longer once again I came home early to finish the quick repair that was started last Thursday! Stay away from this company!!

They came to the house Sunday to repair our refrigerator. Price charged with very reasonable and the technician was very courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed.,very impressed with the company and employees.

They did a great repair of a couple of damaged areas on an acrylic shower base.

The tech came prepared, identified the issue quickly and knew exactly how to remedy the problem. Professional, pleasant and efficient - and took care to clean up the work area. Great service.
