I placed an online service request for washer repairs on a Thursday night and was very happy that the service was completed the next day and that Lily and the technician Andy helped find a time to allow me the least amount of time away from work and still get the repair done. While on talking with Andy during the repair I mentioned a problem with my refrigerator and after confirming the time available with his office, he was able to complete that repair as well. The service was quick, efficient and tidy. I have already recommended Repair Care to my niece for her dryer and they will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.

Repair person very courteous. Listened to my explanation of what happened. Had a look at everything with washer and rhea got down to what he thought the problem might be. Discovered a broken part. Explained what happened. Had a part available. Made sure I knew what the cost would be before starting. Was fast in making repairs. Made sure it worked before he left.

The interior light switch needed replacing. It took a while for the product to be delivered but was then installed quite quickly. Very good service.

The repair technician was friendly and explained everything he was doing. Thanks to the coverage our realtor put on out home it only cost us $50 to have our washer fixed we are very thankful
