Your repairman Nicholas called prior to arrival to let me know that he was on route. Showed up promptly. Did a complete inspection of all components and could not find anything obvious leaking. Ran washer through a couple of cycles with no leaks appearing. He shared his knowledge of troubleshooting. Problem may have been overloading. Gave me tips on loading and preventative maintenance on keeping my unit in great shape. Very satisfied with all his effort and the knowledge he shared. Good job ...thank you.

The repairman came to my house, took a quick look at the dryer and had the drawer realigned in less than a minute.

The man I had come in to fix my washer was very pleasant, he was very kid friendly, and pet friendly. If I ever need help in the future i will be contacting home stars for sure!!
