Tim and his guys showed up at 8:00 am removed old unit and installed new one had it running by 2:00 With no problems took pictures of the new unit in place and running and sent them to me very professional and courteous guys great experience would highly recommend Tim and his company

Steve and Kenny did a terrific job. They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They replaced my two furnaces in one day - not a small feat. I was very happy with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks to Tim and the rest of the Hargrave staff.

My parents furnace broke down during one of the coldest weeks of the year (temps outside were feeling in the mid - 20s)!!! My brother had used Hargrave previously when he had his furnace replaced and recommend we give them a call because he was extremely satisfied with the service he received from them. And he was right! Our service tech Kevin was amazing! A pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. We made the decision the have our old furnace replaced instead of repaired and the team had it installed in less than 24hrs! Their rates were extremely competitive. better than a lot of other companies I called to compare. I would defiantly recommend anyone who is looking for a heating and air conditioning contractor to give Hargrave a call.

We originally had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional, punctual and efficient. We had a gas leak yesterday and called another company as well as Hargrave, was told by the other company that I would receive a call back yesterday evening, but didn’t. I spoke to Janet from Hargrave, she went above and beyond to try to get a tech to come last night So we wouldn’t be left without heat and hot water for the night. Unfortunately, due to the fact that it becoming dark it wouldn’t be possible for someone to come, so she promised that Steven would come the next morning at 8:30am. He arrived at 8:20 am and fixed the problem. Janet and Steven were both extremely helpful and informative.

Words cannot describe the level of customer service provided by Tim. My Furnace broke down and was no longer working and there was an extreme cold weather alert with temperatures reaching below -25. Tim came up clutch, he provided us with a brand new furnace and installation was done very quickly. All this was done on a Sunday. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and very nice. They took out the existing furnace and installed the new one in about 3 hours, they also installed and setup a new thermostat. I would definitely recommend to go with Tim for all your HVAC needs. A+++ customer service and work done.

Straight check of the humidifier system which the agent said was working fine, but needed a new filter after the one that was in there was calcified to death. Had the part on hand, swapped it in. Done in 20m. Even went to the lengths of showing me how to do it myself on a regular basis and what part to look for. Honestly I love service agents that do this. Shows they are honest and really want to help customers. Billing was super easy as they where able to process electronically my payment and invoice to my email. Love it. All above board like it should be. Would call again.

I am very please with the installation of the furnace inspite not seeing it in person yet.As far as I know it’s working good. I am very thankful that they were able to install it sooner than later since it’s not easy not having a working heater when it’s cold . Thanks to Steven and Janette to make it happen.

We lost our heating on a cold Sunday evening. They were the only company that was willing to come out and help us. Unfortunately we needed a new furnace but they replaced it efficiently the very next day.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the install. The entire staff from sales to install were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. Also had the furnace replaced two years ago by Hargrave and very happy with it. We strongly recommend them. Very satisfied . 5 out of 5.

7 days ago Enbridge disconnected my gas line to my furnace at midnight due to high carbon monoxide going into my neighbors home so we had no heat. I called Tim at Hargrave that morning at 7:40am. By 7:55am a Service Technician was at my home and gave me some options to repair or replace the furnace. With the amazing knowledge of the Service Technician I decided to replace the furnace. I was immediately provided a quote on the spot and was given a date to have the new furnace installed. 20 minutes after the Service Technician was gone Tim from Hargrave called me and had made some arrangements to have a installation team come the same day to install the new furnace as I had no heat and that was unacceptable to him. At 10am the same day an installation team was there and all done by 12:30pm. First call 7:40am and all said and done 12:30pm, just under 5 hours for the whole experience. Hargrave is absolutely amazing from start to finish. The installation team were so professional and the quality of work was second to none. I will definitely never call and other company as Hargrave is an absolute winner and I will always recommend them to anyone.
