    We discovered a flickering yellow pilot light in my furnace.

    Central Commercial and Residential inspected and confirmed it meant there was excess carbon monoxide in the furnace. They carried out necessary repairs and setting and the flame turned blue. They are experienced and professional. We would continue to use them. They are highly recommended.

    My Rheem furnace was turning on and off endlessly!

    I couldn't do anything to stop the cycles. I got through to Central Commercial and Residential and they hurried to my Maple Ridge home to check the furnace. They identified improper airflow and clogged filters as the causes. They fixed the problems and the furnace was running smoothly again. I strongly recommend them.

    They are highly recommended.

    Our former furnace had multiple problems that prompted calling Central Commercial and Residential to inspect it. They recommended installing a new furnace for efficiency purposes. So, we had them install Lennox furnace, which is working perfectly and saving us a lot of headaches. You can't go wrong hiring them for your furnace needs.

    I recommend them.

    My Bryant furnace was making a high-pitched squeal and I turned it off. I had Central Commercial and Residential come to my house in Delta to check what the problem was. They found out the belt had slipped, which caused the noise. The belt was set and the noise subsided. I trust their expertise and professionalism always.

    Everything is fine now - thanks to them. I recommend them.

    My Luxaire furnace stopped producing heat and had Central Commercial and Residential check it. They found out that thermostat had wrong settings and filters also were clogged. They corrected the settings and also replaced the clogged filters.

    Hire them to fix your furnace.

    We heard a loud noise from our Armstrong furnace and phoned Central Commercial and Residential to fix it the following morning. They discovered damaged ball bearings. They replaced the damaged parts and repaired the furnace. The best thing we did was having them do the repair. They have vast experience and skills.

    They're knowledgeable, friendly and polite!

    Winters are very cold around here and every year I have problems with condensate pipes. Every time I call Central they are very available and try to come as soon as possible. Last year, they proposed a check of the pipes and system before the winter and avoided these problems. I love how they propose solutions and let you free of deciding what to do with no pressure.

    I loved their service and behavior

    Amazing service provided by Central. My Superhot boiler had a small leak, but they treated my case as it was a priority. They set an appointment for the following day, came on time, and took care of everything. Mike left his number so I could call if the boiler had kept leaking (it didn't). Highly recommend.

    Central is the top-class heating installation & Repair service provider

    When I contacted Central and explained that my boiler wasn't working, they were able to walk me through the procedure I had to do to fix it. I was able to do that because it was only a matter of low pressure, but still, I needed their help to make the boiler work again. I appreciated that they helped me on the phone with knowledge and - above all - patient because we were on full pandemic emergency, still unaware of what were the things we needed to know to ensure each other safety.
