We love our new deck- Pulsar construction was so thorough which made decision making seamless. The craftmanship and timeline are exceptional. Budget was spot on. They were there everyday from morning to eve and finished the job according to the given timeline. They were so meticulous and the job site was always super clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them - they were absolutely fantastic and we love the end product.

When my wife and I decided to replace our old and rotting deck, we did some extensive research online and eventually decided on going with Alex from Pulsar Construction, mainly due to the overwhelming 5-star reviews, awards won, and glowing comments from past customers. We spend a lot of time entertaining in the backyard and wanted our new deck to be done right and be a centerpiece that we could be proud of. Alex was quick to respond and was honest and professional and took his time with us outlining all of our options in detail. We never felt rushed or pressured and ended up extremely pleased with the finished product. The quality of the craftsmanship and materials was evident as the deck was being built, as was the attention to every last detail. We felt comfortable with the communication and the competence of Alex throughout the process and were confident that he had our best interests at heart. We are a month into having our new deck completed and couldnt be happier with it. We have received many compliments from everyone we have showed it off to. Im sure we will continue to enjoy it for many years to come. There are certainly other deck builders out there, but if you are wanting to go with someone who will build you a quality deck from top to bottom that will look great from all angles, I would highly recommend Alex.

Alex and team did a wonderful job with our new deck. The job site was kept clean and quality for the work was exceptional. Alex is very detail orientated and its evident in the final product. The composite decking that Alex recommended is wonderful in our wet environment. The old cedar deck was slippery and a hazard for falling. The new composite is not slippery when wet. 100% recommend Pulsar for any deck building.

We are so happy that we found Alex. When we first met with him and discussed the deck material options and layout of our deck replacement, we had no doubt that he would build us a high quality deck. His attention to detail is amazing and he clearly cares about quality. My Husband (Steve) and I were in search of a contractor who could come to our home, provided us with options, samples and a quote. Alex from Pulsar Construction not only came by, but he spent time with us explaining the type of deck material he had to offer. Alex showed us samples starting with the lowest cost material right up to the top of the line. Alex provided the information we needed. All we had to do was make our decision. We were so impressed with Alex and the fact that he had nothing but 5 Star reviews that we took him on as our contractor. We choose Alex without further quotes and we are so happy with our decision. Alex is an amazing contractor and we highly recommend him. If you're looking for high quality, expertise, fantastic workmanship, look no further. Alex is the best!

We were looking for a contractor to replace our deck. We are so glad that we were able to connect with Alex. Right from the start he was very professional and detail orientated. Alex quickly discovered that our previous structure was very poor quality. He recommended replacing and adding the required lumber to strengthen the structure. He was very patient and helpful as we chose the deck color we wanted. He was able to fit our project in a timely matter. Even with some rainy days everything was completed as we requested and he even did a couple of extra things we asked for. The work site was spotless at the end of each day. We would highly recommend Alex and his helper to anyone. He has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in this type of job and his main objective is to do the best possible job for his clients. It was the best decision we could have made!

Great service and would strongly recommend. There were no delays or unexpected costs. Right from the beginning we found the contractor to be very clear. He answered our questions about various designs and products. He was very clear on costs and what would be done. When he uncovered clear structural issues during the middle of the build with our old deck/deck foundation, he walked us through what was wrong, offered various reasonable options with pro/cons, was very open about the added costs for each option and answered questions. We found these added costs to be justified and were quite minor. Very timely; there were no issues with him getting the work down in a rapid fashion. We could plan our days well as he was dependable. He delivered exactly what he said he would. His craftsmanship appears to be quite excellent and we are very happy with our deck. If we ever need to have it repaired or replaced, we will use this contractor again

Our new deck is amazing. Not only did Alex replace our old wooden deck with a new composite material, he also suggested a couple of modifications that we hadnt even thought of. They worked hard every day and came in on time and on budget. The framing is excellent and our deck is sturdier than ever. Alex is a perfectionist and it shows in every aspect of our new deck.
