This year, when the boiler needed to be replaced during another cold spell, they were there to get it done efficiently with friendly, helpful service. Thank goodness for Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning! Heating and hot water went out on a Tuesday night... Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning came Wednesday morning and had it all fixed before noon. Totally exceeded all my expectations. Andrew was professional, fair and very attentive to details. Will definitely call them back to repair or install HVAC anytime.

Ash and his team installed a new furnace, tankless water heater, and a central humidifier. I paid a premium to get the best appliances. Ash spent countless hours discussing all different brands and types. He had his team and and later himself come to inspect the site before installation. Install took the whole day but that's because of the attention to detail he and his team took to complete the job. They corrected a lot of the shortcuts the original building contractors took.

Ashwani came in to install our humidifier last week. He did a great job with the install and actually took the time to explain how they work. Everything is running well and will definitely call on him if we need anymore work done.

Our furnace died in the dead of winter. With a new baby in the house we were in need of a new furnace and quickly.Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace in our home and had it up and running without any problems.
