The consultation that I had with the sales staff was very helpful and informative, the installation of the unit was very professionally done . And the customer service was excellent.

Furnace installation was done on the date, with a minor delay in time. Installers polite and explained working instructions after installation in an easy-to-understand manner. However, they scratched the hallway floor, I sent pictures but there was no follow-up; I repaired it the best I could. In installing the exhaust vent to the outside, they left a 1" gap all around right through to the outside which would have allowed all sorts of weather, bugs, etc. easy access to my basement. I also fixed this myself.

Asif Khan was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. Many heating and cooling companies (including large ones) have no idea how a high velocity system works. We were pleasantly surprised to finally meet a professional familiar with our system. Asif took the time to explain how replacing our air handler would benefit us (as opposed to just changing the heating coil which was leaking). We actually wanted to change the whole system (which was recommended by a large company), however Asif assured us that was not necessary (which saved us quite a bit of money). The technicians who came to replace and set the new air handler were friendly, on-time and patient while working on settings of the air handler to suit our needs (i.e. fan speed). That evening we found the fan speed was extremely loud and were very concerned. Asif assured us that he would get it fixed the following day and he did! We are very pleased with our system now and will use Furnace AC Experts for all our heating/cooling needs.

Called them in to assess if my furnace repairs were covered under warranty due to the failure of the secondary heat exchanger, to my surprise it was but performing such a repair on a 13 year old unit was not recommended. After a great consultation I decided to replace my furnace and air filter unit. As I had no heat the my appointment was scheduled for the next they. The crew came in on time. They meticulously took out the old furnace and put in the new one. It was not easy as they worked in a tight area. What I loved the most is that they kept on updating me on the progress, always with a smile and with professionalism. I was very impressed. When the work was completed, they spent the time to cleanup the entire area. You would never know someone had been in. They also took the time to go through a few tests and show me the operation of the new controller. I was a happy customer. To my even bigger surprise I received a call the next day from the sales person I had met 2 days ago, he was doing a follow up call regarding my level of satisfaction on the completed work and the performance of the crew. Being a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer was an added bonus as all the work done was warranted by Carrier. With such a quality service there is no need to worry as Furnace AC Expert is here to stay for a long time!

Amazed at the service from the time i visited the lowe's store in Mississauga and initiated a call with Furnace experts. Within an hour on a saturday afternoon, the consultant visited us and coordinated delivery of the new furnace and installation for the same evening. The installers were thoroughly professional and finished the job an hour before scheduled time. Truly a great team and company to deal with.

Quality and quick installation, professional team. No damage in the basement. First day the guy came to find out the problem .. he was very professional... we decided to change my furnace. Early morning the owner of company come to see me , we talk with Him and did Paper work , after few hours all job was done. Highly recommend
