    New Zuba Central

    Replaced furnace and AC with new cold climate heat pump last year but waited to post review until we have been able to have it operate in both modes under full, expected conditions. It is simply superb. So quiet, so efficient. Highly recommend the technology. Furnace AC Experts did a great job of installing and commissioning the system. Highly recommend using them for this product.

    AC & FURNACE

    Sales person very patiently explained questions before pay; installers describe details before and after on site including showing how to change filters and how the equipments work.

    HAVAC and heat pump

    I requested a heat pump quote from Furnace and AC Experts but was unable to proceed. Recently, they provided a revised estimate and facilitated approval from the townhouse board. The installation went smoothly, and the team complied with all regulations.

    heat pump

    Furnace and AC Experts provided me with an estimate when I was initially looking for a heat pump in 2019, but I was unable to move forward with the installation at that time. Reminded me five years later and gave me a changed estimate. By speaking with the townhouse board directly, they helped with the difficult approval procedure. The installation crew followed all townhouse guidelines and completed their work neatly and effectively. Now that my heat pump is operating flawlessly, I am really happy with their assistance.     Mitsubishi Zuba Heat Pump

    In 2018 I was shopping around for a Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump estimate, at that time I invited Furnace and AC Experts to come and give me an estimate, which he did but unfortunately I was not able to install it at that year after five years when I called Furnace Ac Experts again, he remembered over the phone my name and our meeting details, which surprised me. Last month sales engineer came to my house again and gave me a new revised estimate for Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump. I live in a townhouse complex and getting approval from condo board was very difficult. He helped me in getting this approval and he wrote several emails back and forth regarding the sizing and installation of the Zuba system, he assured my condo management that this Zuba Heat pump definitely will work and not a first try for them. They installed several Zuba central heat pumps and working efficiently in similar townhomes. Finally, we got the approval and installation was done smoothly in two days, Furnace Ac Experts installation team is very professional and organized. They did a very clean/tidy job and also took care of all the condo board requirements for safety and housekeeping. Our condo board is very strict about contractors rules and regulations. He was also present during commissioning and testing, his technicians checked air temperature, Airflow and advised regarding few dirty and blocked vent upstairs which we cleaned later on. They also removed all the garbage and clean the job site. My Zuba central heat pump is working amazing and I am completely satisfied and happy with th eir installation, this Zuba central was the first heat pump installed in my condo townhouse.     Good but beware

    There's a lot of good to say about this company but ultimately I regret hiring them. The installation of my Zuba heat pump was great and I would recommend them for sure. What did not go well was the installation of my hot water heat pump. They installed it in my furnace room and before installation I asked if the cold exhaust would be an issue and they assured me it would not. Of course, as I have learned now, it is a big issue. The cold exhaust made the room colder and colder, and so the heat pump works harder and louder. It's been a big issue in my finished basement for three reasons: the noise of the compressor is bothersome, the cold air leaks into my basement making it way too cold, and the heat pump cannot work as efficiently because the room it is in is way too cold. They came to look at possible solutions, but then ghosted me. I contacted an expert that focuses on helping households get off gas and they said the hot water heat pump should not be installed in a space that size unless you have somewhere to vent the cold air. In retrospect, this is obvious, and it turns out this company had only installed these hot water heat pumps in open, unfinished basements. I am left with a major issue to fix, and had I consulted with experts such as Switch Heat Pumps, I wouldn't have this problem.

You know that since we installed this Hybrid heat pump water heater, we have been continuously in touch with you to resolve the mechanical room temperature issue, which is not directly related to the water heater installation; the water heater is doing its job as you are getting hot water at your set temperature. Your water heater installation is in a finished mechanical room, but there is no heating vent there; that is why when this hybrid heat pump water heater is heating up the water, it's cooling the air in that room. I personally visited three times with our supervisor; on our final visit, we decided to move the orientation of the water heater and exhaust in the laundry room, and then I was surprised to see your review. I will advise you to allow us to install a new heat vent from the main supply duct and a small opening in the return air duct for warm air circulation so the mechanical room temperature will be normal, like in the other part of the house. We are always here to provide you with a service up to your satisfaction like you are satisfied with us for your Mitsubishi Heat pump and Air cleaner installation.     Installation of new heat pump and furnace

    Asif came to my house and provided a cost estimate for the sale and installation of a new furnace and heat pump. He also planned how to run all pipes and wiring through the finished basement with minimal disruption and aesthetically pleasing manner. Installation took place as planned on March, 2024. So far the equipment is function fine. The Company replied to all my concerns and stood behind their work. I am pleased with their professionalism.

    Install furnace and heat pump

    We took advantage of the government grant for heat pumps. We decided on a carrier heat pump and furnace. We had several quotes and Furnace AC Experts seemed to be the most knowledgeable, their price was good, and they provided a 5-year warranty. Installation went without a hitch. I had some questions about the setup with my Ecobee and they came over and made the adjustments as requested. Both Asif and Osama were very helpful. Thanks guys!
