    Heat pump installation

    We recently purchased a carrier Hybrid Heat pump to get the government rebate. From initial consultation to the end of installation, we found Furnace & AC Expertss People are very professional and dedicated to their work. This Heat Pump works like a Furnace and we are saving a lot on our gas bills, It is environmental friendly too. We will definitely recommend others to get a Heat Pump in their homes and use Furnace & AC Experts for their installations. A.A

    Carrier heat pump and furnace

    Consulted with Asif who gave me an easy to understand proposal. He was knowledgeable, credible and gave me confidence in my purchase, I am very happy with the installation and followup. John Towler

    Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump

    Great company to deal with very professional and knowledgeable. We replaced a Lennox 4 ton heat pump from a previous contractor that could not get to work properly with a Mitsubishi Zuba 4 ton and cannot say how happy we are with it. We disabled the back up electric heat on a cold day just to see what the system can do and we are very impressed with it. We live in a 3200sq ft home and the heat pump kept it at 74F at -15C .

    installation of Mitsubishi Zuba ducted heat pump

    Taking advantage of loans/grants from the Canada Greener Homes program, we asked Furnace AC Experts to install a Mitsubishi Zuba ducted heat pump to replace our old air conditioner and gas furnace. The price the company quoted was fair, and installation was careful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

    Great Service

    Phase one for converting to a hybrid HVAC was completed on time and within budget by a team of sales and installers professionals. No surprises. Phase two added the Heat Pump. Once again no surprises and within budget. I can't imagine contracting this work to any other installers based on the success of submitting claims to two government rebate programs that are very strictly monitored. The compliant equipment was installed in the correct order to be eligible for the two rebates. Great support from the HVAC consultant coordinating the warranties

    New Furnace

    Contacted Furnace and AC as I needed to replace the furnace. While I didn't get a chance to meet w Asif in person, he provided a very competitive quote and was very patient and detailed in explaining everything via phone and email (throughout the day and night). Was able to schedule me in for an installation appointment within a day or two. Sumit and Kain arrived on time and were very polite. They did an excellent installation job, cleaned up the work area, and ensured there were no damages to the house/floor when moving the old and new furnace. Asif, Sumit and Kain - it was a pleasure dealing with you guys and thank you for such a pleasant experience.

    New furnace

    Our furnace broke and needed a quick replacement. The team was responsive, explained everything in detail, and moved very fast. Got a new furnace installed in less than 48 hours.

    Service

    I had my furnace and air conditioner serviced on 11/10/2022 and I am very please with the technician's professionalism and pleasant attitude. I had both installed in January 2017 and am very happy with the performance of the equipment and the service I have received. I would highly recommend Furnace and AC Experts.

    Furnace, Heat pump, Humidifier

    I was pleased with how considerate the installers were. They were here for 2 days installing a new furnace and heat pump, which involved a new exhaust duct, and routine the duct & wiring through the basement. I expected a big mess of stuff in my basement but they kept it pretty neat and clean. They did have to come back later to finish off the humidifier because the job took a bit longer than they expected, but that wasn't a big deal.
