    Furnace installation

    Great installation. They did everything possible in assisting me and installing the furnace with no problems they were quick and neat and good Assif is a great person to contact

    Install Central Air Conditioning
    Communicated with Asif over email and got the job quoted, much preferable to the other quotes where people want to meet you at your house and talk for 1hr. Price was competitive. I was looking to remove the old unit that was on the second floor, which required a scissor lift, and replace it with a new unit eight feet off the ground. The scissor lift was dropped off by an independent contractor and I signed receipt. Jean and Osamah came soon after and were very personable and indulged all my requests (eg cutting brackets shorter). I picked Carrier's base line model, which is maybe a bit loud, but that's on me. Ac Experts did exactly as asked and in a short timeline, would recommend.

    Worry free…

    Gas Safety Violation; Repair within 42 days or we shut off your gas!! Enbridge has a job to do but they have immense power. Our 50 year old condo had an old BBQ gas line. How the hell do I fix that? Safety violation!! The Enbridge tech wrote me up for an old BBQ line. Enbridge wrote me up for a Dafety violation on an old BBQ line. I had no idea how to resolve and avoid gas shut off in 6 weeks. My eureka moment was to call Asif. His team did a great job installing our AC/furnace a few years ago and he immediately sent out Sumit to fix it all. We have enough to worry about. Dont let your HVAC issues be one of them. Call Asif at Furnace and AC Experts. Short story-he had his guy Sumit out there immediately. Sumit explained the options clearly and o ce we decided he did a super same day job-including answering my questions. We have enough to worry about. Dont let your HVAC be one of them- call Asif at Furnace and AC Experts!

    Installation of Mitsubishi Zuba-central

    Asif provided me with a very professional estimate back in November of 2021 and when I called him back in the spring, he honoured the original quote from the previous season.The installation was done in June with a separate upgrade by an electrician to our breaker panel to 200 amps as he had recommended.Everything went smoothly except for the delivery of the air exchanger which damaged the wood on the stairs going down into our basement. Also, there was some miss-communication between the electrician and Asif regarding the electrical connection between the panel and the electric backup heaters.Otherwise, we're very pleased with the performance of the Zuba-central during the last 6 weeks in the hot summer weather. The air circulation is much better than our old ac unit.

    Cold climate heat pump installation

    Asif was quick to respond to my inquiry and offered a great well thought out proposal for a cold climate heat pump to meet my needs. The price was right. The installation guys were great, professional and very helpful, even set up all the technology on my phone for me. I could not be more happy with their service. Now I am looking forward to doing my bit for climate change this winter.

    Highly Recommended

    I hired Furnace & AC Experts to install a new air source heat pump and gas furnace to take advantage of the Greener Homes Grant. Asif did a thorough job explaining the options and recommending a system that would suit our needs and qualify for the grant. The installers were professional and a pleasure to work with and I was happy and surprised they were able to complete the entire job in two days. I would definitely work with them again.

    Excellent service. Prompt, great job installing. Second house Ive used them to replace the furnace and air conditioner and would use them again.

    Thank you, Osamah!

    Just wanted to thank you for sending Osamah to us so quickly. He was diligent in his work to figure out the problem with the new heat pump, even though it meant coming back yesterday evening after a very long day out in the heat. Our AC is working wonderfully now, while we await the longer term fix of the refrigerant leak. Osamah communicated his schedule well, arrived when he said he would, and explained his process and findings to me clearly. We are very appreciative of his efforts and expertise.
