    Glad I don't have to shovel snow!

    I have had Metro Snow & Ice clear my snow for approximately 8 years and I have been satisfied with their work. I also appreciate their e-mails that inform me of what time they will come to clear all the snow.

    Snow Clearing

    They provide the worst snow clearing service coupled with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Honestly I could not wait for last season to end so I could get ride of them.

    Snow

    Love this company. Second year signing up!! Love the constant updates and of course the winter jokes. Keep up the great job! Would highly recommend! Looking forward to 2019 Winter!

    Reliable and Efficient

    I have been with this company for a number of years now and I am a very satisfied customer. My driveway is clear when I need it, the company is easy to reach if there are any problems to resolve and the president of the company, Ken Dale, keeps us well informed with well researched and amusing emails. I would definitely recommend Metro Snow and Ice Management for snow removal.

    Snow removal

    I have renewed my snow removal contract several times because of the good service. My driveway was cleared early each snowfall and the city plows snow bank removed promptly after the city plow blocked my driveway, and not just once but every time.

    Professional Snow Removal

    On time, professional and friendly company. Regular email updates including weather predictions and jokes let you know they are on top of it. I especially like the automated emails that let you know they are on their way so you can let your 5 year old watch the action :)

    Snow removal

    Snow is removed early before work 99% of the time! And they come back really fast after the city plows the street so you don’t have to deal wth the snowbank.

    Excellent snow removal company

    The 2016/2017 seasons was our first year using Metro Snow Removal and my husband and I were very impressed with the services. Our driveway was always plowed during the overnight hours during a storm or before returning home from work depending on when the snowfall hit. It was a nice luxury to not have to worry about shoveling before or after work hours leaving us more time to have fun in the snow with the kids. Thanks Metro!

    Snow Removal Review

    I have been with Metro for many years. I have never had any problems. They always show up. I like the fact that I get emails telling me when they are close by so I can move the cars from the driveway. This way I don't have to guess and leave the cars on the road for long periods of time. They give you the option for a better rate if you pay for services early. I would recommend this company for snow removal.

    Snow Temoval

    We continue to renew our snow removal contract every year as we are always satisfied with the service. I leave at 6am for work and I can always count on the driveway being cleared. Keep up the good work!
