we're all guilty of hiring a snow removal company and then come that first big snow fall, expecting to have your driveway cleaned first thing in the morning...or as soon as its done snowing...but when you're a good company with a lot of clients then you might not always be the first but rest assured your driveway will get cleaned in a very timely manner even if it snows again same day...metro gives frequent daily updates with direct links within the email for any issues you might have....very affordable and reliable and metro is my snow removal company that i'm keeping and highly recommend

I was impressed with how I would wake up at 6 and see my drive had been plowed during a storm. Even when it snowed all day, when I got home it was again beautifully scraped clean. Drivers always waved and smiled. Good service and felt well taken care of. Thank you.

Always polite to deal with, always professional and always a good job! over the last 3 years there have been a couple of minor incidents with snow build up but one email and Metro came to fix it. Very happy with their service.

Metro Snow & Ice Management have been doing winter snow removal at our address for a few years now and the service is good and the price is reasonable, especially since we're seniors. Removal of the grader wind row is important and this is completed promptly.

I have been a paying customer for four years from the Appleseed days. The progress year to year making better usses of weather reports and notifications to mu email on coming storms. Even Gps to notify you when the tractor has entered your area so you have time to move your car! It has worked well for me. I have seen negstive reviews but these are people thst think for 300 dollars they should have a man sitting on your laneway 7/24 to clean every flake! Its snow an act of nature which is no perectly predictable, and city plows pile snow back at ends of laneways after yours was just done. And every snow fall I can imagine the calls for recleans. I have never been let down by the service! City has left bumps of slush that turned to ice but thats the city not metros fault! They have been good for the years i have used them! I have used Metro Snow and Ice Management (formerly Appleseed) for the past three years. My impression after the first year was so so, I think they have improved year over year and I am now in general happy with their service. Jay

Metro Snow cleaned my driveway last winter. I was very satisfied with the service. They were always there, never miss a snow fall. They came several times over the course of a big snow drop to make sure the front of my driveway was clear. I am going with Metro again this winter. I would recommend them 100%.

An excellent company. They make you feel like family because they just want to do the best job and meet or exceed your expectations. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Received an email by the owner asking to write a review. Here it goes.... I would have to say metro was the WORST organization I have dealt with. I went with them for snow removal service and was completely dissatisfied both years. Will never go back with them. I explained to them that I have health issues and cannot be stuck with a pile of snow in my driveway. Our street was missed more than once. They were always the last company to clear the driveways on our street by hrs. Sometimes well over 12 hrs. I would have to send multiple emails with very few replies and if I did get replies. The answer was the drivers are really busy and need breaks also the owner would send condescending or belittling responses. I beleive they took on to many contracts and worked the drivers too hard. They removed the driveway markers many days before the end of the contract. I can go on and on how frustrating this company is to deal with. Once they have your money they don't give a crap about you. Never answer their phones during snow days. Good luck if you plan on going with them. All I can say is for the two years was with them (last and the year before) it was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.

Very satisfied with the snow removal service provided by Metro snow and Ice for year 2017-18. They gave you timely notice of snow service and always came on time. Very good service!
