My experience with Basement Builders was very positive and I am very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of their work. The finished project exceeded my expectations. They have a good vision on the design and are upfront with all the costs and pricing from beginning to the end. The entire team is very professional, friendly and approachable. Their attention to detail through the whole project until completion is impressive. I would highly recommend them.

We had been talking about finishing out basement for a few years before we selected Basement Builders due to various positive reviews and their expertise in basement development around town. Looking at their website gave us a really good idea of the breadth of projects that they have executed on and provided lots of ideas we could incorporate into our design. Ben and Don looked after our project and we were extremely pleased with the service and transparency – they were always very quick to respond to phone/text messages and had no issues with myself being a bit more involved in the process. They did a very good job setting expectations for schedule and cost, including preparing for any upgrades one might choose. The online selections process makes it very seamless to build the basement with ultimate transparency on cost. The work itself went very smoothly and I can really tell that they take a significant amount of pride in their quality of work and customer service. Trades were all highly respectful of our home and very talented in what they do for a living. I really appreciated their patience in working to make my dream a reality with the installation of a golf simulator, which no doubt required them to go above and beyond to work with the vendor and installation team to make it perfect. We are extremely happy with our new basement and looking forward to enjoying the space for many years to come. Couldn’t have imagined a better outcome.

Amazing work by Basement Builders! The contractors were all very nice and polite and everybody worked fast but flawlessly. The finished basement is beautiful and exactly as we had hoped.

Basement Builders did an amazing job renovating our basement. They were easy to deal with, professional and responsive. They worked with us to create a floor plan and various aspects of the basement layout and design and delivered a quality basement. We are very happy with the results.

Absolutely fantastic work!! The basement turn out far more exceptional then I could have ever expected!

Lucky for us Basement Builders had just added garages to their product line when we went looking for a builder. We had a 16x24 garage built and the roof and siding replaced on our home due to the June hailstorm in NE Calgary. In just 8-9 weeks, the work was done and it was a blast to watch. Everyone we dealt with, from Garage Builders staff to the amazing tradespeople, were so polite, helpful and willing to answer questions. And boy did we ask a lot of questions. And all this was done with Covid raging and an unbelievable number of claims for hail damage. We will be in touch when we are ready to renovate the basement and will not hesitate to work with Garage Builders again.

We recently had our basement developed through the Basement Builders and they made the whole process so simple for our family! They came to the home to discuss plans and what our wants/ need were; and they got the quote back to us right away. Once everything was chosen we were able to get started almost right away! The project was estimated right around 10 weeks and everything moved along very nicely. We are in a walkout as well, so it was great being able to have the workers go in and out directly through the basement. We did walk-through at regular intervals during the project to make sure everything was going smoothly. The project was completed a bit ahead of schedule- even during all the chaos of covid! Everything looked so good! It was so nice to see the space transformed into a place we finally want to spend time in! There were a few minor deficiencies that needed to be taken care of- and this is what really made this company stand out for me, as we have been left high and dry by contractors before. The owner personally saw to all of our concerns and quickly arranged having the appropriate trades back and got things wrapped up right away! We are so pleased with our new basement!
