We are very pleased with Tornado Plumbings service, they were very quick to respond to our call, had a sense of urgency to start the work on our repairs. We really appreciated Surhiy's & Yury's honest and very transparent work ethic. We had water leak issues in the basement, underpinning issues. They where able to give us a quick and cost effective solution. They installed a french drain, a sump pump and dug down 8ft down neatly to waterproof our foundation. All the while ensuring that our newly finished landscaping was protected. They even washed our driveway and front door mats! These guys a top notch and I don't hesitate recommending them.

Our home's basement was flooded two times in last two years. Plumber found that sewage pipes under our driveway was flattened after 25 years. The PVC pipe is in very bad shape so we decided to replace all over 50 feet pipes from our house till where city's is. After getting 3 quotes, we choose Tornado plumbing to finish this project. Pricing of these 3 quotes are very close. After leaving message to Tornado, Sergey called me back very quick and arrange an on-site checking. He spent lots of time with me showing what had gone wrong in sewage. He was very nice and answered all my questions with patient. This is the reason why they are hired. The project itself seems quite big to me. Initially I thought they would need to dig a 9 feet deep, 50 feet long ditch. It turned out they have new technology to pull pipe through. The project finished in two days. Tornado team dug two holes, one is close to my house and another one is close to city's. They put a machine down and spent about half day to lay down new ABS pipe to replace old PVC pipe. I am pretty sure it will last 100 years. During these two days' work, I watched them finishing this project. I worried too much. Tornado team did their job very professionally. Pipes are cleaned before putting glue on. Gravels are added to support the new pipe. Holes ware covered over night with warning sign, etc. A lots of thing I didn't think of and they did, this made me feel very comfortable. A thumb up to a young man called Nicolas. When filling back the soil, the flexible gas pipe was buried downward. He pulled it upward several times while putting soil back to the hole. This is exactly what i wanted because I know the soil will sink a little after this winter. If the gas pipe is in downward position, it won't have much place to move. I was very pleased to see him doing this without me asking him. I am very satisfied with their work. I'd recommend them without any hesitation.

I called Tornado and spoke to Sergei regarding a shower faucet needing repair. He sent Yuriy over to do the work the next day. Yuriy recommended a budget friendly solution and was clear that it may not hold in the long term, but outlined the next steps to be taken should more work be needed. He worked quickly and provided a great solution to the problem. I would definitely use the company again.

We were very impressed with quality of work this company provided. Sergei and his team were always punctual, reliable, professional. They completed entire work within 2 weeks as promised. Always kept site clean and safe. After work was completed they cleaned up site same day. There were a couple of rainy days after work was completed and our basement stayed dry. We had several estimates prior to contracting this company. Tornado Plumbing prices are very competitive and they offer 25 year warranty. We would recommend this company and we are very happy with their work.

I had water leaking from the basement floor, But I couldn't figure out where exactly the leak was, other than the fact that the carpet was getting wet very quickly whenever any faucet in the home was turned on. So I couldn't use any of the water supply and it was a Saturday. I called multiple plumbing and drainage companies and everyone gave appointments for Monday but I couldn't wait that long without being able to use the faucets. Then came "Tornado plumbing" for the rescue. I called them, spoke to Sergei and pretty much he figured out what the problem could have been just over the phone call. He is that much good in his job. He and his assistant showed up at my home in about 1 hr and started to do their magic. He immediately found out that the leak was coming from a floor drain which was hidden under the carpet and the water was backing up and coming out due to a blockage in the sewer line. He put a camera inside the floor drain and showed me where the blockage was. He explained to me every step of the procrss. After finding the blockage location, he used a snake to Clear whatever was causing the sewer line to be blocked and water to back up and come out of the floor drain. He did all these in a record price which is much lower than other quotes that i received from other companies. Sergei and his team did an outstanding job and I would highly recommended to anyone

Earlier, our basement was messed up by the previous team. They opened our basement and left all dirt there. Before we found Tornatoplumbing, we had called and interviewed 10 teams for the work. Most team wanted to make money from our messy situation. Tornato Plumbing came in and gave us a fair price. They are fully equipped! Unlike other companies that we contacted, they are very clear about what they offer to us and never asked to increase $ for using their equipment (such as channel camera). Their team worked fast to finish and CLEAN everything for us. They left the site clean. We have decided to work with them for our rough-in for the entire new house after seeing their work. Sergi is an honest business owner of the company. We are happy to have his team as our trade and will recommend him to our friends in the future.

Sergiy came to fix a backed up drain in our basement, which he discovered was caused by a blocked sewage sump pump. He came within a couple hours of calling on a Saturday of a long weekend. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. He explained things to us as he went, which was very helpful. We would highly recommend him for any plumbing issue. We felt he was very honest, trustworthy and excellent value for his excellent work. We will call him again for any plumbing issue.

I had a hard to reach, very old corroded faucet that had to be replaced. Yuri did a clean service, very professional. I would call back for another service at any time.

Can't thank Tornado Plumbing enough for a quick response to our leaking pipe and for finding a much bigger problem in the process. The rates were more than fair and we had a terrific fellow who was polite, professional and incredibly helpful. I got five quotes through HomeStars. Tornado Plumbing was the lowest quote of the five. They were half the cost of the highest quote. The basic job was 120 square feet of concrete: four inches of concrete with four inches of gravel below. They cut away existing concrete to make an even border. They were very careful about adding cushioning and cutting spacers to avoid trouble with shrinkage and expansion. In addition to the work they quoted for they also provided several free extras. They cleared away gravel that had been left by the previous contractors in our front yard. They built a 1 ft long extension to an existing curb. And Sergei unexpectedly brought some topsoil to replace the gravel that he had scraped away from my yard at my request. Sergei updated me as the work proceeded with what would be done each day. He was quick to answer my questions sent through the HomeStars chat service. I'm certain I made the right choice.
