    Backwater Valve, Sump Pump and Drain Relocation

    Serhiy responded to my request for a quote promptly and provided an estimate which did not change upon the final billing. Serhiy scheduled the job the following week and started his team off in the morning and they cleaned up and finished everything by the end of the day. There was some minor changes that needed to be made but Serhiy came back the next day himself to fix it. Everyone was very professional, efficient and pleasant. This is my second time using them.

    My issue is finally fixed!! These guys are the best

    Ive had issues with my water draining and back flow into the basement (as well as a bad smell). Two other plumbers Ive hired fail to diagnose the problem (and I am guessing the previous homeowner did as well). Tornado came in, properly diagnosed and repaired the issues all within a 24 hour time period. They were on time, organized, great customer service and fantastic workmanship. I highly recommend !!!

    Water Supply Replacement and Sump Pump Installation

    The old adage 'When it rains it pours' can be so fitting sometimes. Late last year the water supply line leading into my home burst. And, just last month water started oozing up through some cracks in my basement floor. In both cases I was desperate and in need of assistance fast, so I called Serhiy and he made time out of his hectic schedule to stop by my home and diagnose the issues. In both cases I employed Serhiy to remedy the leaks. What I always appreciate about Serhiy is that 1. he's able to diagnose plumbing issues immediately - he 's quite intelligent at his plumbing craft . 2. he's extremely honest - if he knows how to rectify your plumbing issue he'll explain it to you in detail while exercising the utmost integrity. 3) He's quite cost competitive relative to his competitors - he doesn't price gouge you especially when you're in a bind. 4. He always answers his phone and returns your messages. 5. His post service is great - I made a request to have a discharge pipe relocated and he obliged. Thanks so much for the fast turnaround service with my plumbing issues, Serhiy I realize you're a busy man these days, so it's much appreciated. By the way, thanks for filling out the sump pump rebate application for me, it was quite helpful. I'll be in touch with any future plumbing needs. Cheers.

    Unclog Drian

    The technician came on time and diagnosed the problem. He then used a power snake to fix it. The drain was then tested and the clog was cleared. Overall, a great experience

    Great Service

    Serhiy and his team are fast and responsive. His staff is friendly and work quickly. They fixed my plumbing issues and made what began as a stressful day end in success. I would hire them again.

    Excellent Service, Fast Response, Friendly, Tidy

    Serhiy responded quickly to my urgent call for help with a leaky hot water pipe. He and his coworker were on time and professional. They quickly assessed the problem and efficiently fixed it, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and courteous. No surprise costs over initial quote. Highly recommended.

    Lead Pipe and Clay Pipe (exterior) Replacements

    Highly recommend Tornado Plumbing and Drains. They have a great system to notify clients of the upcoming work, even including photos of the workers wholl be coming to your home. On the first day, Serhiy took the time to explain all that was happening and answered our questions. The crew worked very diligently and put in long days to replace not only our lead supply line but also our outside clay drain pipe. The clay pipe was additional scope following our request for an inspection on the first day. The crew tacked on the additional scope without any issues and provided good recommendations and suggestions to inform our decision to complete the additional work. The crew was considerate, safe, kept the work site contained and did a good job cleaning up after they left. Would definitely reach out to Tornado Plumbing and Drains for any future plumbing work.

    Great service by the team

    We had Tornado replace the lead pipe to our house. They were fast, competitive, responsive and did a great job.

    Upgraded water pressure

    Great work. They came on time and completed everything in three days as promised. Really easy to work with. And the best is, they listened to what my goal was and did just was needed and didnt oversell. Meaning, they saved me money !

    Reliable Plumber

    We needed help on short notice to change our washroom faucet and drain. Serhiy showed up on time, was very professional, contentious and priced the project reasonably. I would recommend using Tornado and will get them to return when we refit our shower. Thank you.
