    Honest efficient plumber & helper

    The easiest part of the job was hiring Tornado Plumbing and Drains repeatedly over the course of 2 broken toilets, a faulty kitchen faucet and a broken drain. The toughest part was finding Tornado in the first place: Theirs was not the first plumbing office I called. I held-out, patiently, for quite a while to find the right plumber: to do great work, at a great price, clean efficient, prompt and most of all to be treated fairly and respectfully and honestly in my home. 100% professional: that was Tornado-Plumbing, Peter and the receptionist. I never had plumbing mishaps before - then 2022 brought a series of 'small' jobs, in quick succession. I was glad to hire and re-hire Tornado Plumbing and would do it again. They deserve your business, your kindness and respect in return. They deserve hassle-free, prompt paying customers because they provide pro hassle-free quick easy service. Jobs start at about $200 not less + at the time I used them, estimates were free. Lots of other plumbers want a minimum $60 and way beyond that $$ just to come-take-a look, and may do nothing else, (since they are desperate to move on to another call quickly), or worse.

    Main shut off valve replacement

    I appreciate the organized way in which Serhiy conducts his business: responds quickly to inquiries and gives a quote, sets a 2 hr. appointment window (he arrived within the earlier half of the window), sends a text when hes on his way and calls to inform of his ETA. He was friendly and fixed the problem. I have used him twice and would not hesitate to call him again.

    Highly recommended plumber

    I wish all contractors were like this! We had a leak in our main and Serhiy and his team came and fixed it. The price they gave us was affordable and they were able to come right away. We highly recommend them and we've already told our neighbours to use them as well. Big thanks to Serhiy, Ardi, and Vladimir who worked in the wet, cold, and rain to get the job done!

    Kitchen sink clog

    Serhiy and his workmate came by to unclog my badly backed up kitchen sink. They cleared the clog, and identified a few issues that should be addressed in the near future to avoid costly foundation repairs. I'd highly recommend Serhiy, he's a great guy, and he doesn't stop until the job is done

    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    Serhiy and his team were amazing to work with. Fast, clean and always responsive. After receiving several different estimates we hired them for a water service line replacement. While on site he offered to look at our sewage pipe (which turned out to be a 100 year old clay pipe in very bad shape). He showed us the problems in real time with his camera and even offered a significant discount on the additional work. They potentially saved us tens of thousands of dollars in sewage damage to our new renovation because of their diligence and attention to detail.

    Drain Cleared

    When my main drain partially plugged on Sunday I called my drain service guy. Sadly he didn't call me back (retired?) so I read the reviews on HomeStars and based on what I read I decided to give Tornado a try. They came on time and cleared a huge mass of roots in my drain, cleaned up, and made recommendations. I would recommend them

    Single Detach Home Renovation Project

    I called Tornado to give me a quote for the plumbing rough-ins for my home renovation (second story addition to a bungalow, complete gut job). They not only were the most affordable but also the most professional company that quoted my plumbing work. Tornado plumbing had done previous infrastructure prep work at my house (replaced old clay sewage pipe and led water pipe with new PVC and copper pipes), so I already had a great experience working with them. Just like my previous experience with Tornado, the first day they started to do the work, they worked very clean and keeping their things tidy. They kept me informed ALL the time about little things that might bother me in the future, such as routing of pipes, location of toilet flanges, fixtures, etc, and never made decisions without my knowledge. We are very pleased for having worked with Serhiy and his team!

    replacing drains/outdated plumbing

    I hired Tornado on a neighbours recommendation to remove an old toilet, replace broken drains and repair improperly installed plumbing. Peter was very helpful in explaining the scope of the work and in answering all of my questions with great patience and respect. They did an excellent job. They worked very efficiently over a 2 day period, maintained a safe and clean worksite and finished the job in 2 days. They were very careful protecting my landscaping and removing the construction debris. They also did the entire job for the best price and assisted me in obtaining a rebate. Tornado is a great company and I recommend them without reservation.

    Residential - water pressure

    Had two other plumbers visit prior, both could not solve the problem at hand. Not enough pressure on the third floor of the house, wasn't a problem for Tornado plumbing. after completing the job I noticed a leak in another area around the boiler (From original build), and they came that very same day to fix the issue. Unmatched team thanks to their efficiency and respect.

    Water drain issues

    Search google for a good plumber , Tornado company came up , I called and spoke to a plumber named Peter by far the best plumber I have ever met . He came and found the problem and performed the correct repair . I will definitely use this company again thank you very much .
