Our master bathroom toilet was leaking at the base, and Tornado Plumbing sent Borys over to repair the leak. Initially I thought the issue was a broken seal at the wax ring, but it turned out that the tank was leaking water onto the floor. We bought a new toilet and Borys came promptly the next day again to install the new toilet along with a new supply line and shutoff valve. Borys was very professional, courteous and pleasant throughout. He answered all of my (many) questions patiently and thoroughly, and kindly came back to us to finish the install as soon as we bought the toilet, even though it was quite late on New Years Eve. Thank you so much Borys!!

Had leaking hot water pipes repaired. Also had a shut off valve on the hot water tank supply line replaced. All work was done with good quality and attention to details at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Tornado Plumbing

Replaced basement drain trap that was cracked. Did a perfect job for a great price and also fixed some other issues for free that where not up to code. Highly recommend this company.

Called Tornado plumbing asking for help as the previous reno left me with exposed copper pipes where the Kitchen and the laundry tub should go. Serhiy was very responsive to my call, and offered to help with the small job. He came on time, was very respectful, professional and explained what he was doing. Heater pipe blew because our house is from 70s. Called Serhiy, he came and gave us a quote. The price lower than anything else we were provided with. The work was completed within next few days with little to no disturbance for us. The result was like nothing had ever happened. Serhiy was very courteous and professional which is always appreciated. All and all the experience was very pleasant. Further on we will always call him for any repairs or projects.

He replaced the pipes in our house which were pretty old, since the hous was from 70s. We hired Sergiy to install the pipeline to our second floor bathroom, which we had custom built. The price was more than reasonable and Sergiy's work was amazing. All the work was done very professionally and in a timely manner. We were very happy with the services and will rehire him if we ever need any plumbing.

There was a clug in the my toilet. Water was not draining. I called Sergei, he responded very fast and came to my place after 2 hours I made the call. Other places didn't have time for me. He came with proper equipment and bags. The work took 5 minutes. Washroom was very clean. Sergey is friendly and very clean. The price is cheaper than other alternatives. I can highly recommend them.
