Mike really knows his stuff!
We had Pharaoh ants all over our house when we moved in last year. We reached out to Swift X and Mike got here in less than a week. He did the treatment, gave us some very useful guidance, tips and tricks to make sure we got rid of them the best that we could. He let us know to call him back if the ants dont go away in about 90 days.
Unfortunately, the ants were very resilient and while they went away for a bit after the first treatment, they came back. So sure enough, we called Mike again. Again, with absolute promptness, Mike was there in a couple days for a second round and they were gone for good this time around. He did tell us again that they might come back at a later time cause we live in a condo townhouse with neighbors around and its hard to find the source in such a situation.
A year goes by and I text Mike cause I start to see the ants come up again (although its nearly not as bad as it was earlier). He comes by and Ive to practically force him to take any money for the visit and leaves me with a tube of the bait so I can use it later.
Mike is the best kind of contractor to work with. He knows his stuff, is extremely kind and prompt with his work. I highly recommend him.
