    furnace installation and servicing

    Work was done on schedule and on time and within quoted cost. Service personnel were pleasant and helpful and offered advice on improving use of equipment

    Furnace clean, check

    Showed up on time, very pleasant, was only here for 20 min seemed quick to me

    New furnace, WiFi Thermostat,

    I knew I wanted to stick with Lennox, my old Pulse was still going strong but wanted to be proactive with a new high tech EL296V installation, WiFi thermostat, automatic humidifier. Summers & Smith were a bit higher than the next bid but have never disappointed me in the past. Difficult install, 5' crawl space, vented through existing clay tile chimney. Very pleased with the crew, thorough and competent. Spent time training me on the WiFi thermostat. Entire installation neat as a pin, left the cellar spotless, took good care with covering carpets. First Class!!

    Air conditioning repair service

    Very pleased with Summers And Smith Cooling & Heating... They were able to send a technician Friday afternoon of what was to be a very hot long weekend. Service Technician (Casey) diagnosed the issue and provided options. I decided to have it repaired. He had the parts for 15+ year old AC in the truck and repaired it promptly. Couldn't be happier with the friendly service and outcome! Steve

    Furnace and A/C annual service.

    Great technician. Very clean and professional. I will continue to call on them and refer Summers and Smith to my friends.

    Replacement of furnace and air conditioning

    From the outset, my experience with this company was excellent. Beginning with a punctual appointment with Kevin to view and discuss options, progressing to an efficiently submitted quote and then culminating with the installation of both units within a week of the initial appointment. The installation took a full day as the job was a big one, but I was so impressed at the efficiency and dedication of the team involved. My precious garden was left undamaged (thank you!) and not a speck of dirt was tracked into the house. The advice that I was given was excellent and I am delighted to refer this company to anyone looking for superb service and workmanship.

    New furnace

    They arrived on time. Were very neat and clean and took care of our house with carpets. Very professional.

    Replacement of furnace and Air Conditioner

    Summers and Smith Cooling & Heating Ltd did an excellent job replacing our existing Furnace and Air Conditioner. Everything was replaced and installed in one day, they cleaned up and removed all of the existing equipment.

    annual furnace service

    work well done ,friendly manner,filter was chaged and he recommended i change the filter every 3 months
