Over the last several years, I used Gravity to handle small projects in the $500-$1000 range. I had them run some data cable, fix and install some lighting fixtures, and relocate gang boxes. My experiences with Gravity have generally been good. They were usually easy to get a hold of, showed up quick, worked quickly, and as far as I can tell, did good work. Recently however, I had a minor dispute with a materials charge. I was charged for a full 16 foot roll of LED light strip, even though I needed only 2 feet. This is fine, they don't keep this inventory on hand, however Gravity did not leave the remainder of the roll with me. I tried to work it out with the electrician, who couldn't get a hold of anyone at the office, told me someone would get back to me, and then left my premises. The next message I got from Gravity was a late payment notice the next week. It was difficult to get Gravity to respond to my messages disputing the charge, and when they did it didn't seem as if they had even read them, telling me to refer to the quoted amount. I just don't think it's right that I pay for materials that I don't keep, and that someone else gets to use. Ultimately I paid the difference and moved on because the back and forth with their customer service team wasn't worth the $50. It would be a different story if it was $500 though. I don't think I'll use them again because it seems as if their customer service and attention to detail has deteriorated. Plus, I shouldn't have to fight to get what is itemized on my invoice. Maybe they'll honor the $10 rebate that they offered on my invoice for this review.

I recently had Gravity Electric install 5 new pendant light fixtures and move an existing large stained glass light fixture in my fully vaulted bungalow. All of these installs were on parts of the ceiling that varied from 10 to 14 feet above floor level. I received a firm and fair quote after describing the scope of the job and the fixtures involved via email. Their Electrician, Keven, arrived right on time and with the proper tools and ladders to do this rather difficult job. He did a great job and was extremely helpful and accommodating when getting all the chains for the various fixtures set to the correct lengths. And at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. I plan on using Gravity Electric for some additional work in the near future and would confidently recommend them to friends and family.

Prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. The mess was cleaned up and all the packaging and old stuff was taken away. This was the second time we called this company and its definitely our go to for all future projects.

We recently purchased a condo apartment with 9 foot ceilings. Gravity Electrical Solutions installed a ceiling fan, replaced five celling fixtures that we had purchased, moved and replaced the thermostat, and installed a smart light switch/dimmer. All this work was done well and on time. The electrician was friendly and helpful, explaining how to use the ceiling fan and explaining why the fan has summer and winter settings. The electrician kindly replaced bulbs in the kitchen ceiling fixtures and replaced one of the switches.

Service was great, along with very useful recommendations. I will recommend to friends and family.

This is the second time I have used Gravity and I have found them very efficient. I was scheduled within a week of calling for an appointment, they were on time and completed the jobs with professionalism and efficiency. There is no doubt I will be using them again. Darlene Miller-Hughes
