Water leaked from a heating/cooling unit, under the floor and was absorbed into the wall panels until it was noticed. Mark Mirashi and his crew came to address the damage caused by the leak by the next morning. They quickly assessed the situation and ensured that the wet floors were removed and wet walls were cut away. Fans and dehumidifiers were left to dry the premises and ensured that mold would not grow. The emergency work was completed within two days. At the same time we were dealing with our insurance company. Mark provided sage advice which helped to ensure that the proper scope of work was allowed. Once matters were settled with the insurance company, Mark and his trades returned to the job site to ensure the rebuild was completed before the holiday season began. Very professional and knowledgeable people!! Thank you Mark and crew.

I called Mark late on a Saturday night to retrieve a gold earring that had fallen into my washbasin sink. I was desperately looking for a solution to remove it from the sink pipe. Instead of taking advantage of my situation, he offered a solution via WhatsApp images for free, and it worked. He was so great and helped us at the right moment

Our basement was flooded by water from a backed-up sewer line during a big rainstorm. Within a few hours the crew sent by the Restorators was on the job. The four man crew quickly removed the panelling from the walls in the flooded area and placed fans to dry up the water. By day two the affected areas were dry. Their quick, efficient action preserved the framing and minimized the damage. I would recommend this company, with confidence, to anyone experiencing a basement flood.
