Quang we are long term customers of Anchor we’ve always been very pleased with all the staff from Mary Lou right to Quang and the other service techs

Very thorough, checked the temperature of the units, inside and out. Did a thorough cleaning of my air-conditioning. Cleaned up any mess and we extremely professional!

Technician inspected and cleaned our aircontitioner; he also inspected our plumbing connections to the hot water tank, a new thermostat was installed and AC power was connected to the thermostat to save battery life.

Quang did excellent work. Was here quickly and efficiently. Satisfied with the work provided. Would do it again.
