Annual furnace maintenance. Punctual, friendly, efficient, thorough. Technician knew his stuff, had years of experience and gave honest opinions.

The Anchor Climate Care technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He did a thorough job and pointed out all areas of concern. All questions were answered promptly. Cost of plan: $36/month

AC Maintenence. Techs were punctual and polite. They provided options in a pressure free fashion.

We have had Shannon here for many years doing our maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner and fireplaces. You couldn't send a nicer more reliable guy. It is always a pleasure when Shannon is here. This time Shannon had a trainee with him and he had the patience to go through everything with him and help in his guidance. This trainee has a great mentor.
