    Pleasantly surprised!

    Rado was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and he was a true professional. Additionally, the price was fair and we paid exactly what we were quoted on the phone. Happy to recommend Rado to anyone!

    Lock Change

    My experience with Locksmith Express was excellent. It was a pretty stressful situation and Rado was very kind and understanding which made the situation better. Great communication, easy to book an appointment and was very patient setting up the Smart Lock. Rando pointed out and fixed some deficiencies with my door while he was there making the door operate smoother. I would recommend him here , to others personally and hire again in future.     Fix an interior door handle and exterior deadbolt on a 100+ year old door

    Rado was great. Was able to move me up in his schedule. Was able to replace internal mechanisms of an interior door and instead of replacing the entire handle and repaired a misaligned and faulty front door deadbolt and it's never functioned better. Highly recommended. Great experience all around. Thanks

    Re-key locks and install smartlock

    Moved into an old home and wanted to replace the locks and install a smart lock. Radoslav was very responsive and detail-oriented. He helped me figure out what I needed and completed the job quickly and to a high level of detail. I had an excellent experience with him and I would highly recommend him for any of your locksmith needs. Fantastic service!

    rekey locks

    Rado was quick to reply to my call and very responsive. When he arrived he was very courteous, professional and safe (wore mask, social distanced and sanitized hands). Appreciated the time he took to explain his work and was easy to deal with throughout the process.

    New house - new locks

    Contacted Rado about rekeying for a house I just purchased. He responded immediately and set up an appointment. He showed up on time (actually early and offered to wait if that was better for me!) and finished the job quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Efficient, professional and polite. What else is there?

    Changing balcony locksets due to age

    Radoslav has done work on our home before and did an excellent job, so it was natural to contact him again to change an old lockset for a door leading onto a balcony. Quick and efficient, he offered to adjust the door as the house had shifted a bit. Also, the front door lockset that he installed a year ago he adjusted. We feel we got very good value overall.

    Front Door Lock Change

    Radoslav was a pleasure to work with! He responded so quickly through Homestars and helped me choose the perfect new front locks and handles for my home.     Great Service!

    Bought a new house and had to rekey 2 doors and needed some spare keys. Rad was very professional and insightful! He arrived on time and got straight to work. He wore a mask and was very respectful. Highly recommend him!
