    Lock Repair

    Rado is just fantastic. His response time to my emails was almost instantaneous, and we quickly arranged for him to visit my home to repair a faulty lock. He quickly assessed the issue and expertly repaired my lock in under an hour. This is a man who truly knows his trade! He explained everything he was doing as he went along, and watching him work reminded me of an surgeon. If he ever tires of his field, he'd been excellent in the operating room! I can't recommend him highly enough. Tha k you, Rado!

    Broken latch

    The latch mechanism on our front door broken. Rado from Locksmith Express was able to quickly replace it and the door is working better than before. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

    Opening a lock in an emergency

    I had a client who was locked out of their property. I contacted Rado on short notice. He was able to rearrange his morning appointments to accomodate my desperate situation. He came to the rescue. I am very grateful for his service. Thank you, Rado.

    Fast and friendly!

    I requested service through HomeStars and Locksmith Express Toronto called me immediately, came prepared with the replacement part needed, and fixed the door latch. He checked the deadbolt too to make sure everything was fine (and found and fixed a slight problem).

    Excellent service!

    Rado arrived on time the same day I called him & he fixed two additional things I asked him about when he was here. All work was done well & efficiently.

    Four doors re-keyed.

    Radoslav showed up bright and early and re-keyed all of our locks. He did an amazing job. All of our locks are now smoother than any other lock I've ever owned. And I really appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions and show me what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Locksmith Express' services.

    Fantastic service

    Rado was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, very quick to respond to all my message. He was punctual, efficient, and quick. He recommended cheaper options when they existed. Will definitely go with him again for any future lock needs.

    Replacing mortise locks.

    In less than 24 hours, Rado responded to my post, came to our home, went to purchase the necessary parts and completed the job. Very nice man and he worked exceptionally hard to replace our mortise lock, which was a very difficult task. We hit the lottery when he contacted us. I would recommend him very highly without reservation. Thanks Rado.
