Rado is terrific. Very clear and communicative. Super quick to respond. He showed up exactly when he said he would – this is a rare quality these days! & gave notice to let me know he was on route. He worked very fast and efficiently. Could not have been happier.

We got locked out of our basement one night and he came first thing in the morning. Was transparent with prices from the start, and very pleasant to deal with. We ended up not only breaking the broken lock but also replacing it with something more advanced, hence the cost. He also noticed and fixed something on another door for us, free of charge. I'd definitely work with him again.

Rado came on short notice in the evening when our front door lock was no longer able to close. He quickly diagnosed it and adjusted the strike plate, took apart and reinstalled the lock. It now works like brand new, without replacing it. Prompt, took the time to explain everything, very professional. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Needed to replace an existing bolt with a smart lock. The hole was too small so it needed to be enlarged. Rado installed it quickly, and fixed the alignment on the door so that it latches and looks with no effort. He was prompt, on-time and great to work with. Highly recommended

Great guy, great work, super fast and friendly!! Was very accommodating when I needed to delay the job to get the proper hardware. Honest on price and well worth it.

I just moved and I needed a locksmith to change the keys in my locks. When I called Rado he answered the phone immediately, answered my questions clearly, volunteered helpful information, and gave a clear pricing explanation (no hidden fees). He was available to come the next day, but then he had a cancellation and so was able to come within an hour, which was great. Not only did he rekey my locks but he fixed the way one of the locks was sticking and he also drilled out the latch hole in the strike box so I wouldn't have to pull hard on the door (all included in the price he had quoted me). He even gave me some good advice about weather stripping. He had a nice personality - friendly, professional, polite. I had called one other locksmith and was quoted very similar prices so I believe his pricing is good (I've never hired a locksmith before so I don't have a sense of the market). I felt I got very good value for money. I would highly recommend Rado.
