Very quick response to my service request and efficient installation of a new deadbolt, and even made the existing, antique, lockset functional again. Rado returned quickly the same day after I decided to have some more re-keying done and even gave me a discount on the second service call. He took the time to explain the process and offered advice and insights into choosing a lock. In all, a very professional and pleasant experience. Will recommend to others and a business that has been added to my Rolodex.

We phoned a few locksmiths and got very high quotes. Locksmith Express gave a very reasonable quote. Radoslav arrived at our house on time, was friendly and efficient. He replaced two locks. He also noticed that two screws on one door were too short and replaced them with longer screws at no extra cost. Highly recommend him.

I purchased a new front door lock and handle for my home. Called Locksmith Express and was quoted a very reasonable price. Radoslav showed up on time and did the work quickly and effectively. Removed the old door handle and lock and installed the new one in no time.

Excellent service at a reasonable price! Highly recommend. I had two locksmiths provide quotes for fixing my front door lock (it was a high-end Baldwin lock) which was getting progressively more difficult to turn the key. The first locksmith wanted to replace the mechanism (for $670). When Radoslav from Locksmith-Express looked at the lock, he correctly identified the problem as only needing an adjustment ...which they did successfully for $75 dollars. WAY BETTER!

Radoslav went over and above to restore my door lock to its original state. He noticed the imperfections on other door locks and fixed those as well. He was polite, courteous, professional, punctual and very respectful of our time and sense of urgency to the work that was required. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Radoslav called me within a day of my posting and was at my house within the hour. Our exterior front door was almost impossible to open and close because the latch and lock wouldn't fully retract. Radoslav knew exactly what was wrong and used his ingenuity to adjust an old mechanism with worn parts. Now I can open and lock the door without any effort whatsoever. Radoslav was friendly and explained everything so I understood what was going on. I would definitely call this company again.

Lost key and was locked out out of house. Called another 1 800 service that said $15 to show up and provide quote starting at $35. The technition shows up 40 mins late and quotes me $250 to drill lock because it's a smart key and starts high pressure sales tactics to take advantage of my need... Called Locksmith Express and was quoted reasonable price over phone. Showed up on time, and the lock was drilled and my new lock that I already had was installed at no charge. Great service and was completely head and shoulders above my previous experience. Would definately recommend Locksmith Express. Stay away from $15 800 service.

Rado was very responsive and arrived within 30 minutes of our call; replaced our powder room lock and took great care to match the finish of the lock and handle with locks in rest of the house ; would recommend this service and company highly.

I called and Rado was at my door within 45 minutes. He greeted me with a big smile and a handshake. He fixed my lock and noticed 2 small screws were missing from my deadbolt and at no extra cost added them and adjusted the deadbolt frame. Excellent service - highly recommended
