Very Stressful move

During the relocation process, there are many factors that play into how long a move takes for example, how well the client is packed and prepared, how many items need to be disassembled and assembled, distance etc. Please know that things do take time and we do allow a few weeks after a claim is received to investigate it and come to an amicable resolution which was done so in your case.
