Metropolitan movers was the worst moving experience in my life.. . (I've moved atkeast 12x in my adult life) They booked me on the day of 31st.. then called me to tell me their truck broke down, and I had no choice but to move it up day. Made the arrangements. Then they called to try to move the time earlier that day.. I couldn't since I didnt have keys! They said fine. The day of the move... they didn't call me. I moved all my smaller belongings and an hour after the truck was to arrive; I finally called. For over 4 hours I was given the run around.. with no apologies. Finally after 5 hours..a couple of guys showed up.. .with no truck! About 20 minutes later a truck showed up.. the entire move of 2 bedrooms, a living room, and dining room took 5 hours long in the dark... I still had to move smaller belongings the following day since I ran out of patience. They charged me full without any apologies. Worst customer experience of my life.

Metropolitan Movers made my move easy and as pleasant as possible. The moving coordinator was extremely helpful and transparent. Once booked I knew what every cost was and why. She educated me on the price and after doing some research I knew I had the best price and quality. The movers were outstanding, they packed everything up with care. Besides their ability to get the job done properly, they were friendly AND funny, definitely needed in the time of my stressful move! Once received everything was just the way I left it. Would use this company again and refer to my family and friends. Don't waste time with any other companies, I did my research and Metropolitan Movers is the way to go.

I found Metropolitan Movers Midtown after having a bad experience with movers who didn't show up. Leon and his team were able to accommodate the move on short notice and provided us with a very reasonable quote. His team of 4 arrived promptly and had no issues moving our heavy commercial bakery equipment back home. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for moving services and will use them again if ever the need arises. They are professional and efficient and took care with our belongings, I didn't have to worry about a thing!

The whole experience was much more professional than I had ever experienced in the past. I liked how there was a first time meeting for an estimate and then future communication to confirm everything. The movers were very timely. They moved everything with no issues or damage. It was a father and son. The father was very professional and had been doing this for years. I had no complaints. I will definitely be utilizing A. Arnold again in the future for any of moving needs.

My experience with Metropolitan Movers was outstanding. The guys arrived in time and they were so friendly, courteous, professional, skilled, organized, and hard-working. They were also very careful with my furniture. And they made sure nothing was damaged. Based on my experience with these guys, I would recommend them for friends, family, and everyone.

I moved into a 2 bedroom condo in Toronto to which I moved 90% of the boxes the day before. I initially talked to Ilya who was very accommodating. My quote was correct as far as hourly rate. I asked for a 3 person crew hoping that my move would be quicker but unfortunately that was not the case. I left my warehouse in Oshawa, did 3 errands along the way and still beat them by half hour to my condo in Toronto. Nice guys but costly.

They moved my one bed room to another one bedroom. They take all the time they want for you to pay more! They moved one bedroom in 2 days!!! I paid over 1400$ and they didn't move everything!!!! So beware if you want to use these people. My furniture is damaged on some parts... not all... my couch is white and now it has some dirt on it. I will have to find cleaners... My bed is damaged on some areas that are not very visible... Looks like there was water where they put my bed and couch... it s the only explanation i can come up with. But please use them if you have any other choice... But before moving take your time and find good movers that won't over charge you for more than the work it worth! Find good movers then you will be satisfied.
