We had a new furnace, 2 hot water tanks, humidifier and an air conditioner installed a few days ago. The fellows that came out were excellent... Ross/Matt/Rick. They were very professional, polite and did a superb job! They worked late to ensure everything was done and then Ross reviewed everything with us, i.e. how everything works, etc. He took his time and answered all our questions. We are extremely happy we chose the Furnace Family!

My furnace had stopped working and Jeff came out and was able to diagnose and fix it quickly. He also checked the rest of the furnace and made a couple of adjustments to have it work better. Very satisfied he went above just replacing parts.

We had no heat called multiple companies and they claim to have 25 hour service yet no one answered at 9pm. Furnace Family not only answered, they came out and fixed our furnace for a reasonable price. We had another company come out a few months ago advertising no over time charge which was a lie they just added it to the cost of the parts. We highly recommend Furnace Family great service and honest pricing.

We recently replaced our 21 years old 2 furnaces and water heater through Furnace Family and very pleased with their service. I did online chatting on their web site with owner Dareck M. what I am looking for and soon got a call from Dave L. Sales Manager to set up time to meet. Dave came to our house, explained in detail various options, pros and cons, answered all our questions. He provided detailed quote which was very reasonable with no hidden fees or extra costs. We set up installation date as per our convenience. Crew of 3 guys Ross, Matt & Richard came with 2 trucks, introduced themselves and explained what they will be doing. We found the crew very skilled/professional and they completed 2 furnaces & a water heater replacement in about 5 hours. All work was done to our satisfaction with best quality workmanship. We had messy separate drain lines from 2 humidifiers, A/C unit going to floor drain and they combined them all in one PVC line and placed neatly. They answered all my questions during installation and their team work was remarkable. All work area was cleaned thoroughly after the work. They tested all equipment after installation, explained the functions and made sure we understood. After couple of days, I got email from their office to set up City Inspection. City Inspector came and was satisfied with the up to code installation and provided inspection sticker. Nikki W. from their office took care of 10 year warranty registration as well as processing rebates with Lennox. I received email direct from Lennox with my warranty letter and rebate payment. Dave L. followed up if everything went to our satisfaction. We are very glad we choose Furnace Family and commend the whole team Dareck, Dave, Ross, Matt, Richard and Nikki for professionally managing the whole process from start to finish.
