Great service from start to finish. Excellent personal interview and recommendations on what was needed. Came on time. Excellent and quick installation process. Very polite and friendly installers. All went very smooth and professional.

Booking was easy through Rumi and follow-up was immediate - appointment made, reminder day before, notice on their way on the day and very friendly staff arrived on time. They were thorough, efficient and kept me updated on what was being seen (2 furnaces). A complete check list upon completion and easy e-transfer and all was done. Highly recommend for cost, efficiency and service.

We just recently had our air conditioning unit serviced by furnace family. I would highly recommend them. The technician arrived on time as planned, explained in detail everything he would be doing, and completed his work in an efficient manner. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The price was quite reasonable as well. I am very pleased with furnace family and plan to utilize them for future AC and furnace maintenance.

Showed up on time and set to work immediately. After finishing the job he gave us a good report on what was done and what we should do in the future. He was pleasant and left the site tidy.

We required an airconditioner to be purchased and installed. Dave came over to give the estimate. He is extremely knowledgeable in both their products and installation. Thairconditioner was installed about 9 days later. The techs were knowledgeable and did excellent work. The installation was neat and clean with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Furnace Family for air conditioning work. They have good products and very knowledgeable installation techs.

Our Hot Water tank gave out and we needed a quick replacement. We had used Furnace family in the past and had good service, and decided to use them again. They came out the following day, and we discussed the options. We decided on a Tankless system with a small reservoir for instant hot water. Where we thought that it would be several days to get the install, they were able to fit us in for the following day. Everyone from the Front office, Sales, and installation were a delight to deal with and made us feel comfortable on the overall transaction. Installation was quick, and they cleaned up the entire area after installation. While expensive, we feel the expense and monies paid were worth it.

They charge arm & a leg for service call & dbl for parts. If i need to get a plumber or someone for my water heater, they will not be called again, unless the part I paid for doesnt work under warranty.

Furnace family was great from the start. The booking agent was kind and able to book a technician in right away. The Technician, Scott, and apprentice, Ethan, arrived 5 mins before their scheduled time. They put on little boot covers when they came in. They listened attentively to the concerns and asked great questions about when the issue was most obvious, and things. Great detective work. Sadly, not good news on the furnace. However, they were kind about how they presented the bad news and showed multiple images showing the issues of breakdown and concern. And why they recommend replacing the 30 year old furnace. They promptly sent two quotes and the cost of replacing the furnace and motor. Discussed the features snd benefits. Then reminded us that the service call would be credited if we bought a new unit from them in the new 30 days. I would highly recommend Scott, Ethan, and the Furnace Family for their kind and honest help.
