My two furnaces were replaced two years ago and I paid up front. This spring I had mold in my wall next to where the furnace exhaust leaves the house and warm and cold air meet. When I had a contractor come in to check there was no insulation between the wall and the outside wall. Furnace Family people didnt bother to put insulation there so when hot and cold met water leaked and mold formed. Greg came out to look and he said he would call me back but that was in May. I havent heard from him and when my furnace was serviced I asked and I was told he no longer works there. This is what happened to the guys who installed my furnace poorly . They also no longer work there. Coincidence?

They arrived on time, but had to go and get parts, then come back, would've been nice to not have to do that. The repairs were then completed in a timely manner. Quoted price was honoured. The workers were friendly and cordial and we appreciate their service. We would not hesitate to use them for furnace, A/C, or plumbing repairs again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I left a bad review after a bad experience with their install-which I paid in full before the work was done. The manager said he was reluctant to send his crew to complete the job they didn't finish. They refuse to answer my questions. Horrible. I should have hired Romaniuk.

The team at Furnace Family provided us with top notch service from quote to the completion of our install. Aaron who provided our estimate was great and helped us immensely with our CEIP application. Once our project started all the installers (Robin, Mitchell, Scott & Ethan) were punctual, professional, courteous and answered any questions we had. The quality of their installation was very high and they left our home as clean as when they got here. Great work all around.

The technician arrived on time and explained everything that he was doing very clearly. The A/C was not operating at peak efficiency so he did what was necessary to remedy that and it is now functioning properly. He did an inspection and tune up, and topped up the refrigerant! Great service at a fair price!! I would highly recommend Furnace Family.

My ac unit stopped working when temp outside was 37!!! I called Furnace Family and the technician knew immediately what the problem was and repaired it very quickly. In all my dealings with Furnace Family, I have always been impressed with their efficiency and expertise.

I have used Furnace Family 3 times. They replaced my 18-year-old furnace and my 11-year-old water heater and I just installed AC. I find their honesty and customer service refreshing and its why I will be a lifelong customer! I commend all of them, beginning with Li, Sarah, Alanna, Sierra and Aaron, through to Robin, Mitchell, Chandler, Grant, Scott and, of course, Ethan! There is ZERO stress dealing with this business! They are professional, very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. They pulled the necessary permits and then emailed the info to me for me to contact 311 for inspections. They filled out the warranties (which is a big deal), and emailed all the pertinent details. They answered all my questions and treated me like I was family. Thank you, Furnace Family!
