We recently had a sprinkler system installed by Sprinkler Company Inc., and overall, we’re very pleased with both the product and the service. The system itself works flawlessly—our lawn has already improved. Looking forward to the follow up to adjust watering schedule. While there were a couple of hiccups during installation, including accidentally cutting the cable and lighting wires, what truly impressed us was how the team handled it. As soon as the issue was discovered, they took full responsibility and acted immediately to make things right. Everything was repaired promptly and professionally, with no lasting inconvenience on our end. Mistakes can happen with any project, but what sets a company apart is how they respond—and Sprinkler Company Inc. absolutely delivered on that front.
