Dear private user We are always open to help our customers, because satisfaction of our customers is our priority. You are totally right, that the handle of your water tap was damaged, but the reason of that accident , as you mentioned before, is the age of the house. What really happened is that your plumbing company overcharged you, cause our subcontractors were willing to take care of it for much less amount. Even after we were willing to give you free of charge services to compensate the cost of plumbing services. Unfortunately you refused it. We do not do services until our staff confirms and explains the scope and cost of work. As we know you used to change your landscape design and as a result to change the layout of sprinklers. Unfortunately it is not a warranty case. Sprinkler company goes above and beyond to satisfy all needs of our customers. We are always open to provide services for your property.
