We were thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism we saw with every interaction. The installation saw a large crew arrive and install in less than a day. Everything was installed properly and the clean-up could not have been better. Was a treat to look out and see the crew working hard with a very positive banter! The equipment was top of the line and the pricing fully competitive as we checked with others in the system here. We would highly recommend. PS I dont generally give reviews but like the company and this platform.

Alex was extremely knowledgeable about irrigation systems and made sure I had the proper coverage with proper amount of zones. The installation team led by Victor was amazing too. Victor discussed the installation fully with me and did exactly as discussed and planned. The team were very careful with our flower beds and you'd never know that they had put in the systems. We are delighted with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sprinkler Company Inc! Everything was completed within a day and my property was left in immaculate state. We were very happy and satisfied with the end result and we look forward to working with them again in the spring .

I had my sprinkler system in stalled in October 2021 and started up for the first time in May 2022. Absolutely great - best decision ever. The install was very intricate - my garden is small but extensive - and they were so careful, you could barely see where they worked. It has been such a time saver, I regret waiting so long to do it. If you are considering one, go for it. You will not regret it.

I used this company in late July for an assessment on my sprinkler system. Another company had completed some waterproofing work on our house and it appeared that a wire may have been severed, resulting in a malfunction of our sprinkler system. I was charged $90 + tax for a technician to come out on an initial assessment (which included 30 minutes of labour). (there was no labour completed) The technician arrived on time on the date of my appointment, and noted that a wire from the timer box to the valve box may have been cut. Unfortunately, as this system was installed by the previous homeowners, I was not aware of the valve boxes' location. I asked the technician to provide an estimate on how much it would cost to fix an issue like this, but he was unable to provide one due to the nature of the work involved (digging and chasing a cut wire). I contacted this company yesterday to once again ask for an estimate on the work that would be involved with finding a valve box that was buried underground, and again I was provided with a very vague explanation. I was advised that it would be beneficial for 2 technicians to come on site at $90 an hour. ( I was hoping to be provided with a proper estimate as I am hopeful that the waterproofing company would reimburse me for this cost, as they had caused the severed wire). And that it could be $200 - $300 dollars to just find the valve box. In the end, I contacted a different company. They sent a technician to my house and within the hour, the technician used equipment to find the valve box and rectify the situation. Total cost with tax was $134. I contacted the Sprinkler Company Inc today to advise them of what had happened, and asked if part of the initial payment that I made to them in July could be reimbursed (as a gesture of good customer service) They refused. I will not use this company in the future.

On time when promised. Very reasonable price. All done in one day. They had the people and the equipment. I would recommend them.

A few days ago, this team proposed the lighting world to me and I fell in love with my property not just during the day but at night. My lights around my property in the front and back have made my house and garden just come to life. Everything looks as amazing if not more during the night, and I even feel a little safer being able to see around my property as well.
