I called to The Sprinkler Company Inc. to fix my irrigation sprinkler system, it was a problem with my controller, they came and after 45 min my system was alive and adjusted. They are really good.

I would highly recommend this company from beginning to end they were pleasant with no pressure to buy. Alex came promptly and explained the layout and gave us a reasonable quote. Work was done on the August Monday by Mike and his crew. They came early and had everything finished by early evening. Mike took the trouble to explain everything he was very patient. A week later I needed some sprinklers adjusted, no problem Daniel came on time and adjusted the sprinklers.

Alex and team were excellent - from the friendly quote and education process, to the installation and review of how to work the system. They even helped me think through where I may want to put plants in the future, to ensure the right heads were in place. The impact to the lawn has been meaningful - thanks guys!

Michael was very friendly, responsible and professional to our needs. We had a major backyard Reno done and needed a new sprinkler system which he provided seamlessly. His crew were very good. They worked really hard and cleaned up after themselves like they weren’t there at all. It’s nice to see that there are some companies out there that still provide and believe in great customer service and making the customer happy. We are redoing our front yard in the fall and they managed to provide us with temporary watering that will be adjusted once that job is done. We look forward to working with them again! I have called The Sprinkler Company on a few occasions & must say they are professional, courteous, kind & prompt. Unfortunately, they were not the company I dealt with to have my original sprinkler system installed. If I had known about them 5 years ago, I most definitely would have appreciated in knowing they were, are & have been a reliable company. The service person (Daniel) was knowledgeable, personable, understanding of my needs, polite & professional. These are very important values today & I appreciated that he took the time to fully explain what was going on with my 4-5 year old sprinkler system. I did have to have the main controller replaced but was unaware that there was only a 3-year warranty on this as it was never explained to me by the original installer. I would highly recommend The Sprinkler Company.

The experience was pretty painless from start to finish. Alex provides a quote and did not push. When I called to schedule the work, it didn’t take long to get the crew started. They showed up exactly when they said they would (8 am sharp) and finished when they said they would (2 pm). Mike and his crew did the work then Mike walked me through operating the system, showed me and tested every zone. The office was prompt in accommodating my request for an invoice. Pretty happy with the experience.

The sprinklers and lighting were strategically placed for maximum effect . The team is always organized , punctual and always willing to solve any concerns. Scheduling is flexible. I would highly recommend.

I am very happy with the work done. guys were very professional and did a spectacular job. While other companies told us it would take 3 days to complete the work, The Sprinkler Company showed up with two crews and did everything in one day. now our plants and grass is watered automatically and backyard has beautiful lighting. 10/10 company!
