Smooth Transformation of My Basement Bathroom: Throughout the project Zeeshan was a totalpleasure to deal with. He's very reliable, solves any problems that arise with confidence and helpfulness. When a floor option I selected didn't work, he sourced and supplied a beautiful porcelain floor tile that a huge improvement. He also sourced and installed a new vanity, all at very reasonable cost. I felt he just understood my taste. At a time of stress that was a huge benefit. Zeeshan is everything you want in a supplier: real skill and knowledge, reliability, punctuality and excellent eye for finding ways to improve the look of the space without breaking the budget. His crew Nauman and Ashu were great, guided my choice of vanity colour and were very knowledgeable. I was delighted Reno Leaders came for such a small job. Zeeshan was patient and listened throughout the project. With last minute items he returned and immediately ensured everything was perfect. Huge thanks to RenoLeaders!Answer from pro:

The team he brought in was professional, friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. Zeeshan and his team from Reno Leaders Inc did an excellent job finishing up our legal basement apartment. We had previously experienced other contractors, which was disappointing and frustrating. We were very skeptical about working with them initially, but after meeting with Zeeshan, and him taking the time to explain the process to us in detail, we knew that he was the right person for the job. They were well-organized, came in on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Zeeshan also kept us updated and made sure that we were informed every step of the way. There were some little things that needed to be tweaked, and they came back and fixed it right away. We were so pleased with the results that we've recommended Zeeshan to other friends and family. We had flooding in our basement in July 2024. Zeeshan team agreed to help us put the basement back with a few additions. Unfortunately any good work done by Zeeshan and his team was out shadowed by the fact that the work was not completed well after the scheduled completion date. Prior to the work starting I made it clear that work had to be completed by Dec 7th. Originally the work was supposed to be completed by Nov 29 so that left a week buffer. On the 29th they were rushing to finish the work so we agreed to extend a few more days into the next week. On the Friday the 6th they had still not cleaned off the paint from the floors or mopped and there were obvious parts of sloppy work. I requested that enough people be sent on Monday the 9th but only the electrician and one person showed for 2hrs and the work was still not complete. On Tues the 10th no one was available to come and finish other than the electrician. On the evening of the 10th I completed my first clean and removed all of the equipment for pickup the next day. Zeeshan did offer to send people on the Thursday 5 days after my end date but it was too late. I hope this doesn't reflect the quality of their work but I did want to warn people of the issues I faced. The pictures are from a video done on Sun 8th after the 7th deadline.Answer from pro:

Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances with one of our subcontractors impacted our ability to complete the project on time. We investigated and later learned that the subcontractor who committed to finalizing the project had a child fall severely sick in the hospital, which understandably took priority. We had a break in communication during this challenging time, which resulted in a misunderstanding about the incomplete work. We are taking this as an opportunity to review our project management processes. Thank you for your feedback, and although we are very proud that you were pleased with the overall project, we are also deeply sorry for not meeting your expectations in the final stages. Zeeshan and team did a great job in opening up our living room space and updating our common bathroom. Rubbani frequently updated us on what was happening. Zeeshan provided us with ideas which we incorporated in the project. The work was done on time and within budget. We are very happy with outcome and highly recommend them!Answer from pro:

Zeeshan is an amazing contractor (and owner of the company) that was super helpful and patient in explaining aspects of renovations to me. He was always reachable for questions and very professional. Would have been 10/10 but I had some issues with the level of work the contractors completed - however when I shared my concerns with Zeeshan, he made sure that it was fixed.Answer from pro:
