    Kitchen + Other Renovations

    Im genuinely delighted to write this well-deserved review for Edge Kitchens / Edge Renovations. Hire them for your kitchen, bathroom or any other project, and your vision will spring to life. Not exactly sure what you want in terms of layout or design? No problem Edge will help you find that perfect balance between form and function and then deliver a wow factor with an eye toward everyday living. They are a one-stop shop, handling everything from start to finish, including demo, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinets, installation and any other conceivable step. And youll get it all within a very reasonable budget! Tim, the owner, is an excellent communicator and his estimates are detailed and clear, so there wont be any unpleasant surprises. Theyll also treat your home as if its their own. We were amazed at the great care they took to protect our floors, walls and furniture during the entire process. Plus, when theyre doing your job, theyre doing your job if you know what I mean. Unlike many contractors, they wont leave you hanging while juggling sixteen other unfinished projects. Most importantly, the quality of their work is simply outstanding. Put it all together, and the Edge team (Tim, Tim and Dave) offers a truly unique combination of talent, professionalism, experience and enthusiasm. Let me put it this way: I wont consider anyone else for our future home renovations.

    Kitchen Reno

    Another positive experience! Tim and his team were very accomodating and came back to make some minor repairs/adjustments following our renovation.

    Kitchen renovation, main floor coffee bar, fireplace built ins, walk-in closet and bathroom vanities

    Tim and his team were absolutely brilliant to work with. From concept/design through to the finish they were patient and extremely professional. They went out of their way to make sure every aspect was as I wanted it. They helped me choose colours and materials and guided me through the process. Their dedication and attention to detail was amazing. The transformation was incredible and I am thrilled with the results. They truly care about the work they do!

    Returning to do some minor work

    Tim and his crew was just as helpful and attentive with me as a past client. I have no problem reaching out to them for a simple fix to another Reno job.

    Partial Family room/kitchen update

    Our house was built in the 1970's, most of it had been previously renovated with the exception of the kitchen & family room which had a lot of paneling, beams and "Spanish" style stucco on the walls and ceiling. I decided the best thing was to go down to the studs, refinish the walls and ceilings with new drywall and install new flooring and thought I could do the job myself! I completed the gutting and installation of new drywall, however we wanted to put the house on the market and this took so long, we decided we needed help to finish the project. We thought it would be hard to find someone to finish off a job but a friend recommended Edge Renovations. Tim came to have a look at what was involved, he was extremely personable and professional. He looked over everything, made some suggestions and did point out that he and his crew were very busy but would try to fit us in between projects already scheduled. It did take some time but when they finally arrived, what great guys they were. We were given a time frame and an indication of what would be completed daily. They even took time to research and locate crown molding to match that in the rest of the house and gave suggestions re paint colour etc. We decided to leave the old kitchen cupboards for now so Tim took measurements of the kitchen and offered to prepare a plan to replace the units in case we decide to go ahead before listing. They accommodated all our requests, everything was completed as scheduled and the house and the back yard (where any cutting was done) were left clean and tidy every day. They did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend them. Thank you Tim, Tim &Dave!

    Kitchen renovation

    We had a complete kitchen renovation done last year by another company. Despite several visits following "completion" to ensure our satisfaction, we were ultimately left disappointed with much of the end product and the manner in which our voiced concerns were received. Fortunately, a colleague told me how happy she was with her recent kitchen work done by Tim at Edge Kitchens Inc. Tim and his team assessed our kitchen, empathized with our dissatisfaction and offered a number of simple, affordable, yet elegant solutions to improve the final product - without necessity of a complete redo. I have been impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and workmanship Tim's team have shown. I only wish I had met Tim and his team before starting my renovation in the first place.

    Attention to detail and overall knowledge

    The quality of the work and the attention to detail exceeded expectations. The level of customer care is exceptional. The crew consistently went above and beyond from start to finish. Highly recommend Edge Kitchens for any renovation projects you have in mind.

    Full Home Renovation

    We worked with Edge Kitchens for our full home renovation project (the entire first and second floor including a custom kitchen, three bathrooms, stairs, etc.) and are incredibly happy with how things turned out. Overall, it was a great experience working with the team as they were very organized, reliable, and professional. They exceled at communicating and maintaining high standards for quality throughout all aspects of the project. We also appreciated all of their patience and thoughtfulness as this was a complex project and we know that it took a lot of time and effort to achieve the amazing end product. Huge thank you to Tim, Tim, and Dave at Edge Kitchens - we would highly recommend them and would be happy to work with them again on any future projects!

    Kitchen renovation

    Completing a kitchen renovation during the pandemic was not an easy feat. Tim's team did a fantastic job removing a load bearing wall, gutting and rebuilding our kitchen to be the most functional for our small space. The team was mindful of our timeline and respected the original features we were working toward preserving. We are very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Tim, Tim, and Dave.
