    New Fence and Excavation

    Adam and Ian tore down the old fence and excavated and levelled our property before building the new fence including privacy lattice and gates. Very happy with the quality of workmanship. Communication was very good as we are an old property and once the work started a few unexpected occurrences happened. Adam explained the options well and was also creative in finding solutions that solved the issue and still looked great.

    Repair of fence

    Our fence was damaged during the storm , two 8 ft panels were down and another two panels had been loosened by the wind. Most of the contractors I contacted wanted to redo the entire fence , which would have been quite expensive , they were not willing to just repair the fence. Adam and his team removed the damaged posts and installed new ones and reinstalled the panels . Really appreciated the fact that they could accommodate this job during a very hectic period , as quite a few fences had been damaged during the storm

    Fencing/Retaining wall/Planter repair

    My neighbor and I needed a section of fence and retaining wall to be replaced. I also needed planter repair. Adam and Ian are very prompt, professional and friendly. They were on time, kept job site clean, and had excellent communication with my neighbor and myself. I am very pleased with the work they have done. Adam has restored my faith in having work done around my house ( I have been disappointed in the past from other contractors). I will be calling them for my future projects. I would highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone needing work done on their home.

    Repair of faux windows on the side of our townhouse

    Eric did fantastic work to repairing the faux windows on the side of our townhouse next to the visitor parking. The tape grille on one window had decayed and was looking horrible. We searched for awhile to find someone who could fix faux windows before a search of HomeStars led us to Structural Restoration Systems. Adam was detailed with the quote and kept us up to date on when the repair would take place. Eric showed us what he needed to do to repair the windows and how a small change meant we could fix the grille ourselves in the future. Thank you for great work especially with such thin glass.

    Basement Renovation

    I needed my basement completely renovated. These guys came highly recommended and it quickly became very apparent why. From the initial consultation and quote through the cleanup at the end, everything was professionally done on time and on budget even when those inevitable unforeseen reno complications present themselves. They always kept me in the loop and offered viable options and solutions to keep the project moving forward. I have retained their services for other smaller projects and once again they came through for me. I have since recommended them to friends and family, and thanks to John, Adam, Matt, Ian and the whole team at SRS, they have all had similar experiences and were thankful for the advise and suggestion. I can't thank the SRS team enough and keep up the great work!

    Complete new fencing for backyard

    Excellent work quality, completed as promised and as per quotation. Workmanship is excellent blended with ‘clean as you go’ approach. The crew was on time and communication was great. A three year warranty adds to our value. The Declute team is fantastic. Thank you!

    Fence Repairs

    I am really happy with the fence repairs and service I received. Ian was very efficient and the work done was high quality. I will definitely recommend to others and look forward to contracting to this company for more work that I need done!

    Fence Rebuild

    Our fence blew down in the wind storm, and these kind gents came to our rescue. They did a fantastic job on the fence, and they even brought us coffee and tea. I would highly recommend this company We can now keep our cranky neighbours out :)

    Driveway excavation, retaining wall, deck and fence rebuild

    Good job on driveway, excavation and installation of french drain and retaining wall. Had issues with workmanship on deck, stairs and gate which were addressed. Owner offered to correct the situation for additional cost, and only when I questioned that did he offer to fix it at no charge to me. Also, after telling me there was a 3 year warranty for work is now saying there is no warranty. I would NOT recommend this contractor.

    Thank you for reviewing us! I am sorry that you feel that we used the cheapest lumber possible. We use the three big box stores most of the time to supply our lumber. We don't have issues with customers complaining about the lumber we use on their projects. As I explained 6x6s will shrink and crack as they dry out. The lumber companies don't offer us a warranty after we install it and therefore we don't offer a warranty on materials. When we left your job you were happy and the lumber looked good. We pride ourselves on positive experiences for our customers with our company and if you read our other reviews most feel that they had a great experience with us. Again I'm sorry that you feel that we cheaped out on your project . Adam

    Fence removal

    Adam did a small fence removal job for us. Communication was excellent, service was very friendly and prompt, and job was effectively and efficiently done. We were very happy with the service!
